Just Okay + The all-inclusive concept and food quality. Land of legends access is a good add-on − Rooms are quite dated and worsened by poor cleaning services. While guest relations and front office staff seem friendly other support staff e.g. cleaners were quite unfriendly and even downright rude (porter who helped with the bags and argued with us shortly before almost demanding a tip)

Good hotel for a relaxing holiday. + Fast check-in, and the staff were always friendly and ready to help throughout the hotel. The hotel has a great beach area with a bar and food, plus a large and comfortable pool area. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner offer a wide variety of food. In the evening, there is live music and plenty of places to relax. − The bathroom amenities are low quality. Housekeeping came several times while we were resting, and when we asked them to return in two hours, our room was not cleaned for the rest of the day. Uber is not allowed to enter the hotel, so guests have to use the hotel’s taxi point. This was a big disadvantage for me because I prefer Uber for its fixed pricing and safety features, including the ability to report or dispute any issues. Hotel taxis always include extra charges, and guests have no choice of transport. They are just regular city taxis and can even be dirty one ride stained my white trousers.
