Bad experience + The room was small, not very clean and bit noisy. The washroom was dirty and shower area was weird. The service wasn't good. We requested, the payment receipt about 10 times but they never gave it to us.

More like a 3 star hotel + The hotel was okay. Bathroom was old. Needs modernisation. Location is great. Lifts can get busy in evenings. Some construction work outside can wake you up at night and early mornings. Staff are not too friendly but not too rude.

+ We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were nice and friendly. We arrived at 10 am, jet lagged and asked if we could check in early. They had a room for us right away.

+ We had the worst experience at this hotel. Our room was infested with bed bugs, and both of my daughters were bitten badly during our stay. One of my daughters even developed an allergic reaction that required medical treatment, which cost us additional time and money. The hotel’s handling of the situation was frustrating and unhelpful. We had to move rooms, which caused further stress and inconvenience during our trip. For a hotel that claims to provide comfort and quality, this was completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise against staying at this property. No guest should have to go through this experience, especially with children.
