إجازة سعيدة + المكان مناسب للعائلات والأطفال وطاقم العمل متعاون ينقص مكان الإقامة : غسالة ملابس + ميكرويف نتمنى توفيرها مستقبلاً.

+ everything was great except they have a BAD Smell in ALL their rooms, it seems. I like the property and cleanliness but they do have a weird/foul smell in their rooms they need to work on. were in 208 this time and it was baaaad. fyi

Not Good + I booked this hotel because i called them and they told me they have kids channels in English which they did not.. i don't recommend this place. The furniture and floors are old. They don't have hot water..

Not bad for families + Nice hotel with a good pool and kids playground but parking is limited and check in/out experience can be improved.

Good place and room but toilet need renovation + Resort place and location was good and has good parking area and room price and size is good. The toilet is the important part of the room which need to be renovation and fixed, it look bad , also there is no hot water in the kitchen, which if I need to was anything during winter time I need to use cold water. I think if they will renovate the toilet I may book again. In addition the room service guy didn't bring all the item we ask untill we give him tips, and there is no instructions of the snacks that are free or paid in the room

Not that bad. + 2 stars for location, space, and nice staff. Property is not well maintained, it is old with few faucets were broken. Cleaness is an issue, and beds weren't comfy. We asked for non-smoking room but we end up with badly smelled room.

Guest Services , Room and Hotel are all TOP NOTCH.!!! + The room is Elegant, classy and up to date, it has the Qibla directions on all ceilings, the Hotel is quite, clean and has many facilities, if you want to shop at midnight go to Tameem Market they have Hot food, The female who checked me out has incredible sophisticated customer Oriented Persona, I cant think of more words to describe my amazing communication with her, she was a pleasant to deal with . She has no name on the invoice that she checked me out in the morning. Being a divorced Father , I can attest that this female at the front Desk has Manners and Morals, she even requested coffee at earlier time for me and insisted that I wait till the coffee and the Tamr arrive, but my brother arrived and I had to go. I wish to thank you from here to the moon and Back lol.
