تظل بالمجمل اقامة مقبوله ومريحه + سهولة تسجيل الدخول والخروج ، الموقع قريب من بوابة النساء ، يوجد مواقف لكن مدفوعة اليوم 50 ريال الموقف يكون محجوز لك − الاثاث يحتاج تجديد الغرفه كانت بارده واجهزة التحكم في التكييف لا تعمل التصريف في الحمامات يحتاج صيانه

+ Location − They treat hotel guests of two or three days staying as one has reserved 10 days with three rooms. Thier loyalty program strategies is very weak as they don't offer upgrade at least to one of the room as I can see it available in Booking.com at that time.

Disappointed due to above − Very disappointing ending to our stay. An iron was accidentally left on the bed for a few minutes, damaging the sheet and mattress cover. I acknowledged the accident. However, accidental damage is an operational risk in the hotel business, particularly for a 4-star hotel. Had we already left, the hotel might have had to absorb the loss. Instead, because our luggage was still in storage, they demanded around SAR 800 and would not release our bags while we disputed the charge and had a flight to catch. I eventually paid SAR 400 after negotiation—almost equivalent to another night’s stay. I feel the hotel could have shown goodwill by absorbing the loss or charging a nominal penalty rather than effectively charging the guest the replacement cost. Accidents happen, and the lack of flexibility and particularly holding our luggage left a very bad taste and is the reason for my low rating.
