+ Everything was good except for communication wasn’t good at all for example two times I did upgrades to my rooms and everytime I had an issue Like after choose ,agree and pay for everything they tell me go to your room and someone will come and move you over right away then I have to call reception every half hour and they say he is in the way until after 2-3 hours I go down the reception and talk to them and they first deny that upgraded anything until I prove everything then they say ohhh we put the wrong informations on system .like I said twice they gave me same reason and when I asked I wana talk to the manager to make complain they wer like why you wana talk to the manager if we allready solved the issue . I told them I wana make sure he knows so it dosnt happen to someone else again But they won’t listen . any way my geuss is they have untrained staff that’s what it seemed to me . Thank you

+ Renovated rooms are the only decent thing about this hotel and proximity to the haram - other rooms are disgusting and only a select few staff members are helpful.

+ The room was supposed to be Haram view but it was the other side, like mo Haram at all. And the AC was not working and no one knew how to fix it

+ This is my Alhumdulillah 4th time in makkah and and this is frist time in movenpick hotel and really enjoyed my stay there very helpful staff safe,convenient and walkable to haram I got the half board and really enjoyed my breakfasts and dinners If I got nice deal next time InshaAllah definitely pick Movenpick again.

+ The location is great! The property condition is very bad. Considering it’s a 5 star hotel the room and bathrooms need maintenance and upgrade. I’d not consider staying here again.
