Super + Wspanialy, czysty hotel, pyszne i roznorodne śniadania, miły personel, pokoje sprzątane codziennie. Korzystalam juz drugi raz i wrócę w razie potrzeby. Polecam.

Jak Warszawa to oczywiście "Reytan" + Jestem w hotelu Reytan już po raz kolejny.. Bardzo odpowiada mi lokalizacja hotelu, kameralność obiektu, czystość / pokoje sprzątane są codziennie oraz codziennie wymieniane są ręczniki/ oraz miły i bardzo pomocny personel!! Serdecznie polecam osobom lubiącym kameralne hoteliki!! 😊👍 − Tym razem bardzo niewygodne i absolutnie nieodpowiednie okazały się poduszki do spania. Nie dało się na nich spać, o komforcie wypoczynku nie było mowy./ ogromne i bardzo twarde/ To jakieś całkowite nieporozumienie..... Jeśli chodzi o śniadania to cena wzrosła, a jakość spadła w kwestii uzupełniania półmisków.... Skoro śniadanie jest serwowane w postaci tzw. szwedzkiego bufetu od 7.30 - 10.00, to wszystkie oferowane potrawy powinny być do wyboru cały czas, a nie tylko na początku.......

+ W miarę zielone otoczenie wśród bloków i kamienic (morskie oko itp); winda − Pomimo zameldowania przed wieczorem pokój nie był w 100% posprzątany - włosy w umywalce czy pod prysznicem; klimatyzacja do przeglądu koniecznie; nie działała suszarka (ale miałam swoją); poplamiony ręcznik (jeden z kilku)

+ Very clean, comfy beds. − Hairdryer. It shuts down every 50 seconds and you have to wait a while until it cools down to continue. Asked for a change but was told that there is not a single extra haridryer. So… it’s a minor issue but the way they handled it was tactless for such a decent hotel.
