Bon séjour + Très bon accueil du personnel, chambre très belle et spacieuse. Le restaurant et le buffet du petit déjeuner est très bon et varié. La possibilité de garder nos bagages pendant que l'on visite les îles. La sécurité présente à l'entrée. − La longue file d'attente pour le petit déjeuner.

Would not stay again, loud guests until 3:00 AM, unreceptive staff, failed to address our concerns. + The shower was excellent, and overall room was clean and well accommodated except for no office-type chair in room to work at the desk if you wanted to. The breakfast was okay, good variety but the two things I eat the most (omelet station and salad) could have been better. − The issue that spoiled the stay for us was the second night we were there, the room next to us was extremely loud. We called guest service at 10:30 PM, 10:45 PM and then 11:15 PM, and finally they called the room (after promising to send security), and the noise quieted down a bit, but never stopped. At 2:40 AM I had to call again because the noise was as loud as it was at 10:20 PM. Once again they said security would come to address the situation but security did not come, instead they called the room, and we heard the phone ring and ring (the guest did not answer), and this went on for another 15 minutes.
