Great hotel with a beautiful view, delicious breakfasts, and very convenient luggage storage after check-out + We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The view from our window was absolutely beautiful and made our mornings even more enjoyable. The breakfasts were delicious, with a good variety of options. We also really appreciated the convenient luggage storage after check-out — everything was easy and hassle-free. Overall, a lovely experience and a place we would happily stay at again! Only 20 minutes walk from the main square.

Decepción total una estafa + El ultimo piso con vistas a la ciudad es lo único atractivo, sobre todo porque luego es engañosa la forma en la que te venden los cuartos − No se dejen engañar con pagar una HABITACION SUPERIOR CON VISTAS A LA CIUDAD, porque es engañoso, te venden un lugar donde todas las fotos son de la terraza del desayuno que sí tiene vistas a la ciudad, pero luego pagás más para por lo menos tener vistas similares que la terraza que esta en un piso 6(uno se imagina que una habituación superior va a ser piso 5 o 4) como para tener algo similar de vista, pero llegamos y nos dieron una habitación en el piso 4 pero SIN VENTANA, pedimos el cambio, nos cambiaron al piso 2 donde la vista era LITERAL la foto que cargué, tmb pedí el cambio porque no correspondía y me cambiaron a una habitación del PISO 1 donde la vista era peor, la habitación superior se supone tenía ‘paredes insonorizadas’ y se escuchaban hasta los pedos de los otros baños y todos los sonidos de la calle, un …

Not the best solution... + The location was good, relatively close to the main places and amenities you may need. The host, Beni, was extremely friendly and helpful. He actually sleeps in the hotel lobby, so he is always available if you need anything. He went out of his way to help us with everything we needed, including organizing excursions. We did not try the breakfast at all, as we were out on excursions, so unfortunately I cannot comment on it. − We did not receive the room we had booked. I specifically chose a room with large windows because I am somewhat claustrophobic and feel uncomfortable when there is not enough fresh air. Unfortunately, we were given a room with only one small, barred window overlooking a run-down courtyard, which also felt very unsafe in terms of insects getting in from outside. To make matters worse, a dog from the neighboring property was barking for half the night, making it impossible to sleep, even with the window closed, which itself did not clo…

Me sentí muy acogida!! Hermosa gente trabaja en el lugar. + La atención es super buena, muy amables, se preocupan por todos los detalles. El desayuno super rico, la vista hermosa. La ubicación es muy cómoda, a no más de 10' caminando del centro. Vi como se preocupaban no solo por mí sino por cualquier turista nuevo para que recibiera información útil y de seguridad sobre como manejarse. − La habitación en la que stuve era muy chica, no lo entendí por las fotas que eran así, y te cobran si queres calfeacción extra, que a veces es necesario porque refresca mucho por las noches.

+ Lo que más me gustó fue el personal, su calidad humana. Siempre nos resolvieron todo! Sobre todo el recepcionista Bruno ya que nos brindo muchísima información útil sobre tours económicos y confiables. Además de eso, nos gusto la higiene del lugar, siempre todo limpio. El desayuno increíble. Súper recomendable si vienen a cusco!!!

Bien para una estancia de bajo presupuesto. + Me gustó que hayan implementado un ascensor. − El desayuno estuvo deplorable. En el segundo día parece que la señora encargada del desayuno faltó al trabajo y los otros trabajadores tuvieron que improvisar. Hay que pedir las cosas varias veces para recibirlas. Desayuno frío.

+ El personal del lugar muy atento y con buena disposición las instalaciones siempre limpias y ordenadas al llegar luego de los tour Brunno de recepción encontró mi tarjeta del banco súper preocupado por contactarme y a hacerla llegar a mis manos 100% confiable volvería a alojarme en el lugar − Está un poco lejos de la plaza central donde te dejan en la mayoría de los tour se puede caminar hasta allá en unos 20 min de noche no lo recomiendo porq hay un gran flujo de personas alrededor pero el transporte en Uber funciona excelente y es económico
