+ It's just inside the City Center but far from places tourists would want to visit, so definitely budget extra time to get to attractions. No shopping or other dining options around the property. Isolated place. Just a tiny coffee shop next to the Clinic. Okay if you are on a business trip but not otherwise. What I liked was the helpfulness of the front desk staff, including Amador and Jean Carlos and Max. Not so great - I asked for a 2:15 am wakeup call for my Colca Canyon Tour and got a 1:15 am wakeup call.

Vacation!! + The hotel was located a bit away from the cultural center of Arequipa, so, if you are there to sightsee, it will be a bit far from all the tourist attractions. The staff, especially those in the reception, is attentive and helpful. If you have any questions you have about Arequipa or where to go, they will be on top of it to help out.

+ The hotel was lovely, clean, modern, spacious room. The staff were very friendly and accommodating especially the young man who helped with taxis and bags. They couldn’t have done any more to help. The hotel is a little way out of town but it’s only 10mins in a taxi to the main square and about 10soles/£2

Excelente opción cercana al aeropuerto + Fue una excelente opción al ser mi primera vez en Arequipa. Fui por negocios así que no pude aprovechar al máximo la ciudad. El hotel esta muy cercano al aeropuerto, la habitación es muy amplia y muy cómoda. El desayuno es muy variado y muy bueno.

Great hotel + Great hotel, service, rooms and. Breakfast were excellent … near town via uber … there one night and were very comfortable.

Not a good option to explore Arequipa + The hotel is far from the center, and although Uber is quite cheap (by European standards), I would recommend staying in a hotel closer to the city center so you can explore the old town. The hotel and decor are modern, but the rooms have carpet, which I consider to be outdated and less positive. The staff is not particularly friendly or helpful.

+ This the second time we stayed on this hotel.. all staff are amazing… alway smiling and willing to help at any moment, housekeeping maintain the room clean all the time, Arequipa’s view from my room and next to the elevator was amazing… all staff at the kitchen was so nice.. definitely I will back again …
