Nice accommodation not far from main square with lovely friendly staff + Lovely staff and nice colonial building with courtyard. Only a few blocks from main square. − Nothing really although we have previously stayed in San Blas area and prefer that location - similar distance from main square.

Clean room and hotel but pricey for room without windows + Nice garden, great bed and very clean room and bathroom! − Room without window while garden view was promised. Garden view only possible with open front door. Room without a window for a price of more than 100 dollars per night is overpriced.

+ Excellent location and helpful staff. The kitchen staff for the breakfast were very friendly. The hotel has been recently renovated so the rooms are clean and modern. − The WiFi was not very strong in our room. The heating was a portable heater and a couple of times it could have been a little warmer. I would recommend the hotel place air fresheners in the bathroom as at times it did get a bit smelly. I think that was down to the water though and not the the cleanliness, which we had no problem with.

Great place to stay, close to everything but still quiet. + Convenient location. The rooms were clean and very well decorated. The breakfast was excellent, would definitely recommend.

One of the best stays of our trip + Excellent from start to finish. They surprised us with a room upgrade at check-in, and the room was clean, comfortable and well kept. Breakfast was good, and the staff — both day and night shifts — were friendly, available and genuinely attentive. Easily one of the highlights of our trip. Highly recommended, good value and relaxing atmosphere. Located at the top of a hill but otherwise quite convenient to the city center.

Beautiful and cozy! + Phenomenal! This place was so warm and quaint. I absolutely loved my stay here. I recommend anyone who is looking for a unique stay in Cusco to stay here. Real fireplaces, fresh locally farmed food, and excellent house keeping.

picturesque spot for cusco exploration! + El Balcon is stunning; the views of Cusco from the property, the garden is beautiful + many of the restaurant herbs come directly from it, the rooms are lovely. This is a wonderful place to stay in Cusco, just a short walk to the Plaza and its sights, but tucked away enough to get a good nights sleep and feel like you're in a different world. − Nothing!
