Great hotel in quiet location + This was a lovely hotel in a nice quiet location. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the room was very spacious and nice. − We ordered a take away breakfast for the day we left and it wasn't there when we went to leave but the man did grab us something quickly. I also felt it was a bit over priced for what we got. It was our most expensive hotel of our trip and no better than the cheaper versions we stayed at. Although the breakfast was probably the best.

Muy caro para lo que entrega + Es una casa colonial bonita y el personal es simpático y amable. − La habitación que nos tocó no era muy buena. Las ventanas no tienen persiana ni contraventanas, lo que hacia que la luz entrara bastante pronto. La cama era poco cómoda, así como las almohadas. No entiendo en un hotel que no es barato tenga almohadas malas, el colchón este irregular y las toallas estén deshilachadas en los bordes. Nuestra habitación estaba en el primer patio en la planta baja y la puerta no cerraba 100%, lo que hacia que entrara frio por la noche. Nos ha decepcionado.

Hôtel très bien placé et agréable + Nous avons beaucoup aimé le petit déjeuner, l’hôtel a beaucoup de charme. Il est très bien placé. Il y a une laundry juste à côté ce qui est très pratique, ainsi qu’un parking payant, car il est très difficile de stationner dans les petites rues. − Il faisait un peu froid dans les chambres, malgré un chauffage fonctionnel la nuit

We've got to different room (we hiked the Inca Trail between them) The first room size was perfect (spacious) The second was also good. − Door on the first room's shower was missing. Un havre de paix à 2 pas du centre ville + Très joli hôtel dans une ancienne maison coloniale, chambres spacieuses, propres et chauffées (ce qui n'est pas un luxe en hiver à Cusco). Quartier très calme à quelques pas du centre et du marché. Très bon accueil et service impeccable de la part du personnel. − Le petit déjeuner était varié et copieux mais avoir du pain frais et des viennoiseries fraiches tous les matins aurait été un vrai plus.

Camere molto silenziose ed ampie. − Avevamo una suite, ma la stanza era molto buia. il riscaldamento funziona solo dalle 6 di sera alla 5 del mattino. Un check in anticipato viene fatto pagare 35 dollari.

Nice building but amateur service + Nice layout. Spacious room, clean and tidy. − Hotel restaurant closed at 19:40. Tea making facilities disappeared in the afternoon. Breakfast was dire - toaster was apparently broken, bread was rock hard, and coffee was disgusting. WiFi was unreliable and kept dropping out.

+ Café da manhã bom − As fotos do booking não refletem a realidade da acomodação. Acomodações antiquadas e funcionários despreparados. E no final de nossa estadia queriam cobrar por consumo do frigobar o que não consumimos e ainda insinuaram que estávamos mentindo.

Excelente hotel en Cusco + Excelente hotel. Está a 5 min del mercado. Tiene todas las comodidades. Habitaciones amplias, camas cómodas, las instalaciones son preciosas y muy silencioso. El personal del desayuno y el personal de la cena en el restaurante son excelentes. Desayuno completo y variado. Excelente opción si vais con niños porque tiene todas las comodidades, calefacción y restaurante hasta las 21:00 horas bien de precio y bueno. Además se adaptan si tienes alguna necesidad alimentaria o dolor de tripa. Recepción 24 horas con oxígeno por si da mal de altura. Zona de te y café en el interior del hotel. Tiene dos patios para pasar relajarte y tomar un té. Lo recomiendo para tus visitas a Cusco. − Nada está todo excelente.
