+ La comodidad y tranquilidad del ambiente en general y las habitaciones. − Hubo cierta demora en la atención al cliente al momento de querer ordenar comida en el restaurante.

Espero que mejoren por el bien del hotel. + El tour. − El personal es bastante mal educado, no tiene tacto con los huéspedes, sentí que me estaban regalando todo, además cuando llegue a las instalaciones las habitaciones no estaban listas. Es primera vez que me pasa esto en un hotel en Panamá.

Fantastic vacation in the rain forest. + The location was amazing and so was the staff, always friendly and helpful. Awesome guides on hikes and tours in the rain forest, along the golf course, the butterfly garden and the frog house. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the food in the restaurant was delicious. The resort is in a great location so it is easy to get to the canal, Gamboa and even Casco Viejo is not too far. My only regret was not playing golf on this trip. Next time!

+ Instalaciones − Se demoraron con las maletas.Queria que mi esposo participara de las actividades del día del padre que fue por eso que lo lleve. Y no pudimos bajara hasta que llegaran con las maletas .

Cadre naturel magnifique ! + Hotel un peu ancien mais très bien dans l'ensemble. Chambre spacieuse et literie très confortable. Petit déjeuner très copieux. Le cadre est magnifique ! C'est un endroit dépaysant et reposant. On a apprécié la visite du centre de papillons gratuit . Par contre si vous voulez visiter la ville c'est un peu éloigné, mais nous n'avons pas eu de soucis, on a pris un taxi ou Uber.

The staff friendliness and positive attitude made up the whole experience. + I was amazed by the attentiveness of the staff. They were really the star of our experience. Buffet dinner and breakfast were pretty good. − It gets pretty crowded, specially during check-in. The pool was visibly dirty, we didn't get in for the whole stay. Activities times/options are rather limited, specially considering we're only staying one night, the trail can only be accessed with the staff, so we couldn't even go for a hike at our leisure. Lunch buffet didn't quite cut it.

+ Zona piscina y senderos practicables − Se trata de un hotel bastante antiguo, en el cual habría que renovar cosas. Chapado a la antigua, precio excesivo para cómo está el hotel actualmente.

Una experiencia que depende mucho de lo que estés buscando. + Excelente opción para tranquilidad, naturaleza y desconexión, pero no lo recomendaría para quienes buscan variedad gastronómica, muchas actividades y una experiencia de todo incluído tipo resort de playa. Considero que sería más acertado presentarlo como hotel de naturaleza con alimentación y bebidas incluidas. El entorno natural, la tranquilidad, la limpieza del hotel y la posibilidad de desconectarse rodeado de mucha vegetación son buenas. El colchón también fue cómodo.. − La variedad de comida es muy limitada, y hay pocas actividades dentro del hotel. Las principales actividades dependen del clima y se cancelan cuando llueve. En la habitación, las almohadas son muy grandes y duras, y las sábanas son muy delgadas para el frío que produce el aire acondicionado. Durante la noche puede sentirse bastante frío.

Heerlijke plek om te verblijven. + Mooie locatie in de jungle met een eigen vlindertuin. Was onze eerste nacht in Panama, meteen 3 luiaards en een toekan gezien. Tof!

+ Hotel de buena calidad, habitaciones amplias, buenos servicios: piscina, bares, restaurantes, etc − El aire acondicionado en todos sitios altísimo. Hasta pasar frio. El cobro por adelantado lo hacen sin avisar y nadie contestaba al contactar para hacerlo.
