    Amazing place, would definitely be back again. + I liked the cleanliness and overall attention to detail of the staff and rooms in general. They were quick to fulfill any requests and were extremely friendly, notably: Elvira and Shadi of Mosaic and Salim Al Amri of Crowne Plaza. They were extremely friendly to my husband and I as well as the kids and their attention to detail was superb. − I can't really find fault with anything, maybe just that the hot water wasn't as hot as I'd like but I didn't mention it to the staff as it was very minor.

    + Staffs are friendly and the rooms are good. Food was decent as well − One of the staff near the pool asked us if we were staying at the hotel and requested to show our room cards and room numbers but could’ve asked in a more polite way. I know they were just doing their duty but it wasn’t very welcoming after paying for the rooms. The hotel could add more activities for the guests.
