+ Brilliant destination and hotel is perfected located with access to main attractions and beach. Was disappointed we were not advised it was Ramadan when booking. Made daytime very limited in activities. Still enjoyed a superb stay nonetheless.

+ AMAZING !, EXCEPTIONAL HOTEL STAFF, FOR AN EXCEPTIONAL HOTEL. They made our stay unbelievable, the ONLY thing i can possibly critic about is, that they provide bar soap instead of hand wash liquid in the bathroom, and the pressure of the shower could have been better, but that is getting very picky. Otherwise this hotel has everything for every type of person. Will definately be revisiting, and be looking to stay in other W Hotels globally. Thankyou

+ For 2 nights the lights behind the bed did not turn off, we had to call staff, they came could not fix and had to turn off all lights in room, they fix the light issue in 3rd day of our stay. It was inconvenient to be involved in fixing the room when you are in vacation! The last night, there was a party, likely wedding party, there is no respect for guests privacy. The people need to rest at night. There was noise until 3 am. could not sleep until 3 am. The breakfast was good, location is safe.
