Our stay was lovely, starting with the great reception staff to the overnight gentleman that helped us with the laundry + Great rooms, extremely comfortable beds, lovely staff and an all round good vibe − Nothing, we where pleasantly surprised for a great priced room

Nice place with gym laundry facilities + Neat clean room − Shower was not good. Adjusting the shower head was annoying. Need to be fixed

Pretty good all round + Great breakfast first morning. Reception said it was until 11. But the second day the restaurant told us the kitchen was closing at 9. − Didn't get our room serviced

Amazing stay + Fantastic location, close to everything. Tours to Milford sound and the glow worm caves are a very short walk down the street. Loved that breakfast was included and all the staff were great. Clean, cosy rooms and there's a laundry facility as well. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend. − Nothing, everything was great

+ Great location and super lovely staff. Breakfast included was delicious and great but sensitive shower. − Rooms were a bit run down and our bed "sunk" in the middle, slightly uncomfortable. Price quite steep for the "off" season for what we received.

+ Location - breakfast in the hotel was too en masse with the tour group. Breakfast in the restaurant was a little better though the self serve area could do with better quality food. It was just ok − The floors that were stripped of carpet. It was not a good feel to walk on old glue of the ripped out carpets. I expected the food quality to be better than what was served.
