+ Le personnel est adorable. La literie est très confortable − La salle de bain manque d’intimité, elle est séparée de la chambre par une porte en verre coulissante qui ne ferme pas complètement (wc dans la sdb)

We had a wonderful stay + Perfect location, with plenty of restaurants and town just a short walk away. The kids absolutely loved the pool being open late and the chocolate happy hour was a huge hit! The VIP elevator made getting into town super easy, the restaurant had beautiful views over Wellington, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. − I have no complaints. The hotel was great

People were friendly but not really helpful, one night was enough. + It was quite easy to get to and was modern. − I chose it because there was a car park, although it didn’t mention the extra cost for parking when I booked. I was upgraded to a different room that seemed the same as the one I booked but the heating hadn’t been turned on and there was no help with getting my bags from the car.

The Mövenpick met our needs, but did not offer a special experience. + The view from the hotel was enjoyable. The front desk staff overall was friendly and helpful. − The food available at the hotel’s restaurant was not appealing. Eggs on the breakfast buffet were cold.
