Everything about Kingsgate Te Anau was brilliant. + The staff and the buffet breakfast was 10/10. − Didn’t like leaving, we wanted to stay another night or 2.

Amazing stay, great breakfast, exceptional staff and service! + Everything! Staff were exceptional! It was my birthday and they left me a lovely note and treat in my room and made me feel super special. Breakfast was amazing! Great spread and had everything you could want. Really great staff and service - would come back in a heartbeat and stay longer! − Nothing!

Great value for money. Clean, comfortable, and a perfect base for visiting Milford Sound. + The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was convenient for our trip to Milford Sound. Check-in was easy, and there was plenty of parking − The TV should be upgraded to a smart TV to provide better entertainment options for guests.

+ I lkie the hotel atmosphere and its location. − I am not happy about the Breakfast items. Specially burnt bacon which was informed to staff but restock from the same burnt batch.

Location is good and the room was big and the nice but I still got a rash from the bed sheets + The room was very spacious and the bathroom was fairly okay. Location is convenient. − I woke up with a very bad rash on my neck and back. Very itchy and swollen. I ended up seeking medical attention because of the bed sheets. They looked clean and white but probably the pillows don’t get washed, they just change the sheets.
