Nothing beats driving up that tree lined lane in that stunning location! + Millbrook is a beautiful property - the grounds are always stunning. We like being near Arrowtown so the location is perfect for us. The beds are fantastically comfortable and every window in the rooms has a beautiful view. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. Our massages at the spa were A-mazing, always first class treatments from lovely therapists. − We will always stay at Millbrook but for the very first time in over a decade of visiting I felt like some things were a teeny bit tired. Our deluxe studio room needed an upgrade - carpets, walls and furniture now all looking a bit old. We love the food at Kobe but really felt like we were eating in a hall, there was no real atmosphere, I just feel like the decor could be better. Even the changing rooms in the Spa were just lacking somehow. I sound like I'm being hyper critical but it's only because Millbrook is really my happy place and I always want it …

Vote for the new ferry ideas from Frankron zone to reduce traffic congestions. + We provided our own breakfast. − Handbasin in toilet.

+ Room size and comfort amazing, aspect exceptional, staff attentive and lovely, breakfast amazing − Nothing though unfortunately couldn’t get a reservation at the Japanese restaurant on either night we stayed which was disappointing

Our new annual holiday location. Perfection! + The perfect location and luxurious accommodation - spacious and comfortable. The golf course was exceptional. Fabulous meal at The Millhouse. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend + Room was large with gorgeous views of snow capped mountains as well as a very comfortable bed- great bathroom as well as small kitchen which had everything you would need. − Sitting room chairs in room are uncomfortable, would benefit from having proper armchairs rather then outdoor furniture with larger cushions. Breakfast was ok for continental but hot options were disappointing.
