+ We were impressed with the location, it’s on the tramline and really convenient to get all over the city. The team went past the window and could be heard from the room but we really enjoyed the sound of it.

+ The staff were quite nice. It was pretty hot for our two day stay so we were happy for the fan they provided. We appreciated that the room was spacious unlike the hotel rooms we stated at in other Nordic/Scandinavian countries. The Breakfast buffet was really good; excellent variety, healthy, and delicious. It was walking distance to shops, key attractions, and public transit. It was convenient that a train stops right outside the hotel, however on my last night it was too noisy for me and prevented me from getting a proper nights sleep. If I’m ever in Oslo again, I would definitely stay here!

+ Able to check in early. Friendly, helpful staff. Be aware, like many European hotels, there is no A/C. We were supplied a fan, which was very much appreciated. Breakfast was delicious.

One night only + The room was very small. No cooling at all. The step from the bathroom was really high… dangerous! Staff very good. Room clean. Needed to have the window open for some air
