Uns hat es sehr gefallen. − Fernseher defekt, man war sehr bemüht Abhilfe zu organisieren (Zimmerwechsel ) Ablauf Dusche war nicht so gut.

+ Ontbijt was lekker en uitgebreid. Ook het eten in het Restaurant was van prima kwaliteit en het personeel attent.

+ The bed was exceptionally comfy! Great. Rodrigo at the reception did an amazing job! (Also see my improvement comments). − The shower floor had stains all over; looked absolutely not hygienic. And anyway is disgusting. The sink was clogged; Rodrigo himself on my arrival day went up and tried to fix this - bravo! to Rodrigo. But he said there are no workers (on a Friday!) available to fix it, only Monday... (when I checkex out again). Very poor service from a worlwide hot chain!!

Verblijf prima, bezetting receptie onvoldoende + Eigenlijk alles! − Dat alles in het Engels gaat, ik ben een echte Nederlander en vind het verschrikkelijk om in het Engels benaderd te worden! Ik spreek wel Engels, maar weiger dit in mijn eigen land te doen, dus minimaal 1 Nederlands sprekende figuur bij de receptie posteren!!!!!!!!!
