+ colazione ottima staff molto gentile e disponibile − la pulizia: abbiamo chiesto di pulire una volta in più perchè arrivando lunedì la pulizia e il cambio asciugamani era previsto per giovedì, ma sono rimaste le medesime macchie di caffè sulla scrivania che avevamo trovato al nostro arrivo e le briciole sul divanetto che non avevamo fatto noi. quindi consiglio di aspirare bene la moquette e i divanetti.

Rapport qualité prix médiocre + Roof top , lit confortable. Coin canapé dans la chambre appréciable pour se détendre (malheureusement sans cappuccino…) − L’emplacement, c’est très loin du centre ville . Le petit déjeuner à 25 € ne vaut pas le prix , c’est du buffet moyen de gamme, machine à pancakes (même pas des pancakes frais) en panne pendant 3 jours . Malgré 2 demandes via l’application et à la réception pour nettoyer la chambre, personne n’est passé. On a du demandé des serviettes propres au bout de 3 jours, et elles sont arrivées sans tapis de bain . 16h00 , impossible d’avoir un café, fermé au 0 pas encore ouvert au 17 . Organisation à revoir . Chambre moyennement propre, une tache de café sur un mur, un trou dans le placo

Klasse Frühstück mit Blick auf die Stadt! + Das Frühstücksbuffet (in der 17. Etage mit Ausblick!) war sehr vielfältig. Es gab alles (inkl. veganes Angebot)! Die Rooftop-Bar (mit Getränken und Speisen) bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf Amsterdam! Mit dem Bus sind es nur 15-20 min bis zum Hauptbahnhof. − Den Check-in im Foyer übernehmen mittlerweile Computer. 1-2 Mitarbeiter begleiten noch den Check-in Prozess. Persönlich ist aber schöner!
