Cozumel reset + Just the ticket if your goal is to unwind and relax. Circe and Diego made sure we were comfortable and well hydrated on the beach, and Gerardo made sure any concerns we had were addressed, and kept us well-informed.

Amazing smaller boutique all-inclusive. The service is 5⭐️!!! + This resort is absolutely beautiful! The buffet is good but the service from all the servers was above and beyond. Our vacation concierge Oscar made sure we had everything we needed. He even gave us a special birthday gift. The pool concierge at The Level, Oscar, was also amazing and spoiled us! I can't say enough about this resort. So many fun outdoor games and entertainment each night. Our rooms always looked so good. All their help is exceptional!

Loved Melia! + The Melia resort was amazing. The beach is beautiful, pools were great, rooms clean, beds super comfortable. Housekeeping did a wonderful job. But what made this trip exceptional was the employees! They went over and above for every guest. They were so friendly and accommodating! Jorge, Miguel, Enrique, Daniel, Francisco, Carlos, Edilberto were all so awesome! (I am sure I missed someone). I hope a trip to the resort is in my future!

Relaxing stay with a friendly staff + Quiet place to relax on the island. Oscar the hotel concierge is very helpful. Diego the Pool Concierge is the best. Ask for either of them and they will take great care of you.

Meliá Cozumel - Great Place!! + Amazing resort - was during low season so it was quieter than normal. Staff was great, beach was beautiful, and rooms were really nice. We had dinner on the beach which was a highlight of our stay - Jorge waited on us and is one amazing man. If you go, ask for Jorge. He will take great care of you! Highly recommend and will be going back!

Excellent Experience at Meliá Cozumel + We had a wonderful stay at Meliá Cozumel. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. Our room was always very clean, and the food was delicious with plenty of good options. A special thank you to Diego and Luis, the pool concierges at the adults-only pool. They were very friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Their excellent service made our vacation even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!

Amazing service and atmosphere! + Amazing atmosphere, very excellent service, all around we loved our stay! The Elixir coffee shop being open and having ice cream and coffee available at all times was a huge benefit.

Beautiful hotel, disappointed in the beach + Don’t be fooled, the beach doesn’t look like the pictures. It was very dirty for the Mangrove area at the end of the island. The tide was just not in our favor this week. But we had access to the hotel beach next door, which was beautiful. The service is exceptional and a special shout out to Ana at the Mosaico Buffet, Diego, the pool concierge, and the entire staff at the Fish House. I hope the all keep their jobs after the renovation and when the new management comes in.

A Peaceful, Authentic Alternative to Cancun + We really enjoyed our stay at Meliá Cozumel. Compared with Cancun, Cozumel felt much less crowded and commercialized. It didn’t have that Disneyland-like atmosphere. The resort was peaceful, the location was beautiful, and the service was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was warm, friendly, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a marvelous family vacation at the resort - it was relaxing, enjoyable, and comfortable. + The service was absolutely excellent. Our food was delicious, the adult pool and bar was so much fun. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. Although older, the rooms were well maintained and clean. − One small piece of feedback - the fridge did not keep our waters very cold.
