+ Probably the most amazing hotel I’ve ever stayed at - and I’ve been lucky enough to stay in some nice places. The food was sensational - especially the French restaurant. All the staff were so polite, helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back

+ Overall, the property was fine and most of the staff is great. I did not like that I was pulled into a sales pitch for almost 3 hrs when I was told it’d only take about an hour. They labeled it as a promotion to review the “new” restaurant, not an “investment” into the property. The food was not great at all other than their Italian restaurant. They do have a lot of options for dining, but you must have a reservation or else you can’t go in.

+ Beach unfortunately was hit with red tide problems. Seems to look like run off from pesticide farming around surroundings…locals stated that problem seems to ne getting worse every year. Beach was too infested with algae and smelled like a sewer. It was breathtaking and bad if you love the beach. The food is average but the service and hospitality of the workers is excellent.

+ Housekeeping was great they came around 2x a day to clean the rooms. Front desk checked on you to make sure if you need any accommodations. Overall great experience. Just need to pick a better time to come because of the seaweed bad smell.

+ We absolutely loved everything about this resort! From the moment we arrived, the experience was flawless. The property is beautiful, the staff are incredibly welcoming, and every detail is so well thought out. The amenities, food, and overall atmosphere made our stay unforgettable.

+ Unfortunately our stay here was a nightmare. After spending thousands of dollars and blown away from the pictures on the site, this place was no where near what they advertised. The beach is non existent - you won’t be able to have a beach day here. The water is brown and dirty. My 5 year old got hurt in the theater and it took 20 minutes for somebody to come to help. She had a very bad deep cut and finally the LIFEGUARD came inside the resort to bandage it up. It was really scary the lack of medical help on staff. Our 2nd day we were sick and throwing up - I’m not sure if it was from the food or the water or what. Our room was very clean and nice but other than that I wouldn’t waste your money here. The amenities were not what they make it. We had to leave due to my 5 year olds injury and no refund was offered
