Great place for vacation + I stayed at Hilton Cancun with my family which included a 3.5 year old and MIL. The ladies at the kids club were so friendly to my son. We visit each morning after breakfast during Family Time. My son wanted to visit the Kids Club just to speak to Arge, Griss, Paulina, and Nath. All the staff at Hilton were great. The servers knew by son by name and would say Hi to him as they walk by. The servers at the pool knew our drink order days after our first drink order. The food was excellent, much better than any all inclusive I’ve been to (including the dinner buffet). Reservations were easy to make and food options were plentiful for my picky son. The pool and kids pool were great. The beach was small. We overcame this by bringing sand to the beach chairs by the sand. Overall, we had a great vacation.

Amazing experience!! + Amazing experience overall . Went to Sunan restaurant for one evening and our server named German was very nice! We had a great time in this restaurant and highly recommended to others!

Teleurstellend + Het resort is mooi onderhouden en biedt veel faciliteiten voor kinderen. − Communicatie vooraf was zeer moeizaam. Wij hadden een avondvlucht vanaf Cancun en wilden tegen betaling een late check-uit. Ook omdat wij reisden met onze 2 jaar oude dochter, die in de middag nog slaapt. Op berichten via Booking werd niet gereageerd. Ook werden wij direct weggedrukt toen wij het hotel zelf belden. Dit vonden wij erg vreemd gezien je van een 5 sterren keten verwacht dat ze goed bereikbaar zijn. Via het algemene Hilton nummer wel goed geholpen. Daar werd gezegd dat bij aankomst kon worden bepaald of een late check uit mogelijk was. Bij aankomst werd in het hotel verteld dat dit kon en dat ik mij het na het ontbijt moest melden bij de receptie voor de financiële afhandeling. Toen ik dit later deed werd echter (door Camila) gezegd dat het niet kon, omdat alle soortgelijke kamers ineens bezet waren. Un excelente hotel en el caribe mexicano para pasar los días en familia y comer delicioso. + He ido a +10 hoteles en la Riviera Maya con mi familia y este esta en el Top 3. Si tienes hijos chicos esta es tu opción. Dejo los puntos positivos principales: - Excelente servicio y atención - Comodidad, buenas camas y una vista al mar caribe privilegiada. - Las albercas para niños son una maravilla - Un Kids Room bien hecho, amplio y con múltiples actividades - Toda la comida es excelente, lo cual no es común en un todo incluido. Sin duda volveremos. − Algo que los Hilton en general pueden mejorar son sus jabones y productos para bañarse. El shampoo y acondicionador son de calidad básica.

+ As a foodie the food was great. Some staff were so friendly. Shout out to Angel at the lobby bar, Ameryka and this nice lady that cleaned our room n arranged my jewelry for me. − Most staff kept speaking Spanish, some were not friendly at all, and the beach water was not good.

+ It was my 3rd time in Hilton, property is perfect! Super clean, staff friendly, service amazing! − Pool!!!! It should be fixed!!!! Every single day so many kids and even adults got cut!!!!! Super sharp small tiles in the pool! My 2 year old son got really deep cut on his leg! One boy was escorted out by medical personnel with cuts on his belly and leg! Food was perfect in Steak House and Italian restaurant, but not in Mexican buffet!!!!! We are family who doesn’t eat pork, and for guests like us there is nothing to eat except rice! Rest of the food all kind of different pork dishes((((
