Buen hotel + Muy bien ubicado y la atención del personal muy buena. Las habitaciones creo que en el área de baño deberían tener más privacidad porque es un poco incómodo que el propio baño está unido a la habitación y a la regadera

+ La cercanía a la playa, calidad de instalaciones, ubicación del Hotel. − Hemos tenido un pequeño incidente en el restaurante, que nos querían hacer pasar un plato de guacamole por un tartar de atun. La experiencia con el operador de turismo ofrecido por el hotel, experiencia nefasta, mejor buscar otro operador local. Mejor reservar sin desayuno, los menus cerrados de desayuno no son flexibles como sería de esperar en un hotel de vacaciones. Si quieres comer en el hotel tienes que esperar a que termine la excursion de personas externas, para que puedas acceder al mismo.

Hôtel de rêve au paradis + Super localisation à peine 10m du centre. Directement sur la plage, une plage où il n’y avait aucunes algues ! Chambres très bien équipées super propre, personnel très à l’écoute ! − C’est dommage de ne pas communiquer davantage sur les événements de l’hôtel, nous avons su en last minute qu’une représentation traditionnelle avait lieu et nous l’avons malheureusement raté.. je crois bien qu’il n’y avait que 3-5 personnes sur place ce qui est tant dommage pour le performant que l’hôtel et ses clients > un petit post it ou communication WhatsApp aurait été apprécié!

+ Good gym, manager tried to rectify things but staff need to up their game and you will never change the small cramped spot on a busy stretch. Of beach which is noisy. − Very small beach front which feels cramped and loud. There is building work next door so loud and dusty. For the money I would stay somewhere else on playa Norte. Service from staff slow in restaurants and everything had to be repeated multiple times

Perfect boutique hotel in paradise + We were thoroughly impressed with this hotel. Even with construction next door, it appeared the hotel did everything they could for you to avoid it. They have the best beach club on holbox. It is quiet, serene, and beautiful. This is not a huge resort…very much a boutique experience. Really good air conditioning in the room and great decor! One day, we got off of a boat from an excursion and I was so pleasantly surprised. Fernando saw us arriving and greeted us with fresh towels to enjoy the beach with! Truly the most hospitable staff! Laura also went out of her way daily to make sure everyone was happy! If you go to this hotel, make sure you get a spa treatment. It is right there in a secluded hut on the beach! Truly a perfect place!

Hôtel paradisiaque et emplacement idéal + Très bel hôtel face à la mer paradisiaque de Holbox. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie très confortable. Le personnel est adorable. Emplacement idéal car à 5’ à pied du centre de l’île. Un vrai petit coin de paradis ! − Absolument rien

+ L’emplacement était top et la chambre est très belle − Nous étions dans le couloir juste à côté de l’ascenseur donc nous avions beaucoup de bruits, la dame du restaurant n’est pas gentille du tout
