Great Hotel, But the Restaurant Is a Serious Health Hazard + I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to warn future guests. The hotel itself is excellent. The location is perfect, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and professional. Everything related to the accommodation met or exceeded expectations. Unfortunately, my experience was ruined by a serious safety issue in the restaurant. While eating a tuna steak, I discovered a piece of metal wire inside the food. After examining it, it appeared to be a fragment of a grill-cleaning brush. The metal wire was approximately 1–1.5 cm long and sharp enough to cause serious injury if swallowed. I took photos of the object as evidence. This is not a minor quality issue or a simple mistake. This is a genuine health and safety concern. If a guest accidentally swallowed this piece of metal, it could potentially result in severe internal injuries and require medical attention. Because of this incident…

While eating a tuna steak, I found a sharp piece of metal wire inside the food. It appeared to be a fragment of a grill-cleaning brush, approximately 1–1.5 cm long, which could have caused a serious injury if swallowed. I immediately reported the incident to the restaurant manager and also informed the receptionist at the front desk. Surprisingly, no one apologized for what had happened or showed any concern about the seriousness of the situation. To make matters even worse, I was still charged for the meal despite the dangerous contamination. Finding a piece of metal in food is a serious food safety issue, and I sincerely hope the hotel review…

ממליצה, מלון מהמם + מקום מהמם, מלון יפה, מרוחק ממרכז האי אבל הוא וואו. שירות טוב, יכולים לסגור לך אטרקציות באזור. − אז בגלל שמרוחק ממרכז האי, אכלנו לרוב במלון גם בערב כשהאוכל לא היה כלול, והאוכל סביר אבל לקנות שם בקבוק מים יקר קצת יחסית.

Will come back! Hopefully soon + I needed a relaxing and refreshing zen vacation and Hotel B Unique did not disappoint! Bartender Yussel went above and beyond. David at the front desk was great at helping me book a solo woman 😉 fishing trip. Had an awesome massage and everyone else was so helpful. I forget all the other names… my bad.. I want to give all the kudos but forget names. My only suggestion I could give is for breakfast. They get really busy. Don’t be afraid to flag down a waiter. It’s not an easy job ☺️will not hesitate to come back. I booked the “unique adults only” side. But honestly, the other side., Hotel B didn’t have any disturbing children either. Really good snorkeling just off the shore. Several spots with stairs and one easy entry spot that is friendly . No natural sandy beach, but there is a little man made beach area if that’s your jam.

Great views and service + The service from the check-in to the bartender, especially Yussell; was great! Food was delicious. Only thing I would advise is that if you don't have kids or just want a queit time ask for a room on the top floor on the ends. The pool can get loud with kids early in the morning. Was hard to sleep in

Great service + Spent a week at Hotel B great place but it was made AMAZING by Yussell. What a great asset to the hotel. He makes great drinks and always ready for a conversation. Give this man a raise. Thank you Yussell for a great experience.

Inoltre, il personale è stato poco attento nel consigliarci un’escursione: ci aveva confermato che il costo fosse di 800 pesos complessivi per sei persone, nonostante avessimo chiesto esplicitamente una conferma. Una volta arrivati, abbiamo scoperto che il prezzo di 800 pesos era invece a persona.

Excelente hotel con un servicio muy mejorable + Es un hotel impecable, con vistas y ubicación excepcional. − El tiempo de espera en recepción podría mejorar, al hacer el check out, te dan la opción de guardar tu equipaje en consigna y lo encontramos en una esquina sin ningún tipo de supervisión. Los tiempos de espera en el restaurante son excesivos, para que te den un par de bebidas, tuvimos que esperar más de 35 min. por todo lo demás, ha sido una grata experiencia.

Goed hotel + Er waren gratis fietsen ter beschikking. Je kon vanaf het hotel de zee in om te snorkelen. Het personeel heeft ons goed geholpen bij problemen met onze vlucht. − Het was een eindje rijden van het centrum. Het ontbijt was op bestelling, mijn voorkeur gaat meer naar een buffet
