Our butler service and dining was unbelievable! A truly beautiful vacation! Adult only a plus! + The restaurants and the ability to go to other properties to dine. − The elevators and furnishings are starting to show wear. Fine for today but do need to be replaced soon.

Do not choose + NA − No hot water in bath tub. And the food delivery is prohibited inside the resort. You need to drive about 15 minutes to the main entrance to pick up your food. And the delivery guy has to wait in front of the entrance

L'expérience en vaut le prix + Une expérience incroyable. La nourriture est très bonne, je recommande les restaurants ( Penninsula, Pescados, Cibola et Siempre). Le personnel est vraiment très chaleureux. Je reviendrai certainement.

+ What I loved about the property was that it was clearly a brand-new resort. Everything was extremely clean, well-organized, and beautifully maintained. The staff was professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. The restaurants were excellent, with delicious food and a great variety of options. Overall, the property itself exceeded my expectations. Since it is an adults-only resort, the atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxing. It was never overcrowded or noisy, making it the perfect place to unwind and rest. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway focused on relaxation, this resort is an excellent choice. − The only thing I didn’t like was that I came to Mexico expecting to experience the local culture, but the resort felt like I was still in the United States. During my entire stay, I didn’t hear any Latin or local music only American music. I was hoping for a more authentic Mexican atmosphere, so that was a bit disappointing. Struttura molto deludente + Struttura convenzionata ad altre che permette l utilizzo di più piscina o zona mare Giardini molto curati e bellissimi − Camera con acqua che scende dalle pareti, pavimento sempre bagnato, vestiti sempre umidi all interno della stanza La porta finestra se chiusa sbatte con il vento la notte ed è impossibile dormire se non là si apre Rumore costante che proviene dal bagno Mobilio comunque vecchio e inappropriato per la struttura
