This is our second time that we are renting the place and we will definitely come back again. + The apartment was specious, clean and had everything we needed. And the most important thing for us is that they welcome dogs!❤️ − The construction in front of the property, it was a bit noisy and dusty.

Would recommend! + Comfortable, clean, spacious apartment with all necessary appliances. Although it’s located next to the main road, we couldn’t hear any outside noise. − There were water shortages during the night, maybe not something common nor related to the property itself. If you don’t like incline walking this location could be a bit difficult.

דירות נחמדות בהרציג נובי. + דירות מצוחצחות נוחות מאוד. באחת הייתה גם מכונת כביסה. מיקום נוח ממש. − מול אתר בנייה. היינו בסופש אז היה לא פעיל. הבעיה שכל המרפסת מאובקת ובעיקר שלא אומרים את זה מראש.

+ Personnel très accueillant et agréable. L’appartement est plutôt bien placé pour profiter de la mer. Le parking sous terrain même si les places sont très étroites. − L’appartement manque un peu d’entretien surtout dans la salle de bain ou les meubles sont abîmés par l’humidité. Effectivement comme souvent mentionné les toilettes demandent de se positionner en biais. Notre appartement sentait la cigarette même si un neutraliseur d’odeur avait dû être utilisé par le personnel.
