+ Wunderschöne Lage, Eigentlich könnte dieses Hotel ein wunderschöner Ort sein. Die Lage ist traumhaft, der Ausblick wunderschön und auch der Garten mit dem Pool hat großes Potenzial. − Aber leider große Mängel bei Sauberkeit und Pflege Es war an vielen Stellen deutlich zu schmutzig und ungepflegt. Besonders schade fanden wir, dass der obere Pool trüb und nicht wirklich einladend war. Auch der Fitnessraum wäre eigentlich wirklich toll: Es gibt gute Geräte und eine grundsätzlich sehr gute Ausstattung. Leider war auch dort die Sauberkeit ein großes Problem. Es lag Müll herum und insgesamt machte der Raum einen sehr ungepflegten Eindruck. Auch beim Frühstück waren wir leider enttäuscht. Auswahl und Qualität konnten uns nicht überzeugen und passten für uns nicht zu dem, was man von einem Hotel mit dieser schönen Anlage erwarten würde. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt leider nicht. + Die Lage ist toll, sowie der Ausblick und die Pool Anlagen. − Die Sauberkeit ließ leider zu wünschen übrig. Das Waschbecken und der Boden wurden nicht gereinigt. Viele Ecken an den Möbeln waren beschädigt und teilweise gefährlich. Die Pools konnten in den letzten 3 Tagen leider nur eingeschränkt genutzt werden, da scheinbar die Filter- und Pumpanlage defekt war und die Pools nicht sehr sauber waren. Das Wasser kam ab 23 Uhr nur noch mit wenig Druck bis gar nicht aus dem Hahn.

Desaströs, Laut, unhygienisch, unprofessionell, unsicher, Ekelerregend und überteuert + Nur die Lage. Vorischt!!! − VORSICHT!! Vorsicht!!Die Hygiene und sauberkeit im Zimmer war alarmierend. Die Türen waren beschädigt. Im.ersten Zimmer waren einbruchsspuren! Wir konnten die türe nicht verschließen. Beim.zweiten Zimmer kamen wir nicht mehr ins Zimmer für über eine Stunde. Das junge Mädchen an der Rezeption war überfordert und ahnungslos. Die Möbel waren beschädigt, verletzungsgefahr! Der Kühlschrank war verschimmelt. Das Restaurant war sehr schmutzig, die Tische und Stühle und vor allem die komplett verschmierten Fenster. Ich glaube die Küche muss dementsprechend aussehen. 300€ bezahlt für eine Nacht Terror. Kein schlaf. Keine Geräuschdämmung im Zimmer. Undichte türen. Das ganze Geschrei und Stampfen aus dem Flur in mitten der Nacht hielt uns wach. Check out um 10:00Uhr!!! Ich rate zu vorsicht. We had a wonderful short family break. The kids loved it. The hotel was peaceful with stunning views over Tivat. + Location - beautiful view − Food quality needs improvement, especially for lunch and dinner. We had to eat at the nearby hotel with the rooftop restaurant instead — great food and service there. For takeout, staff claimed the microwave was broken, but we saw others using it in the restaurant. The hotel is five-star but lacks activities. Breakfast was the highlight. Suggestions: add an airport shuttle (it’s only 8 mins away), improve signage, and provide a lifeguard at the pool.

Nice hotel, but dining needs improvement + Our room was nice and clean. The outdoor pools are lovely (actually one was closed and we were not informed about it), and there are beautiful sunsets. Our flight was late in the evening, but the reception staff kindly allowed us to leave our luggage and stay by the pool all day. There are also showers available, so it was a really convenient solution for us. − Since hotel is not within walking distance to the city center or other restaurants, this could be a great opportunity to offer better dining options on-site. Unfortunately, the food at the hotel restaurant was quite disappointing - both breakfast and dinner were not very enjoyable. We had dinner on our first night, and unfortunately, both the service and the food were poor. There is definitely room for improvement on catering. You need to fix the music playlist- you kept playing the SAME ONE SONG over and over all day until someone from staff comes to play next song. Ridiculous! And …

Jednakże nie do końca z 2 piętra bylo już widac bałagan po prawej stronie hotelu. − Nie jestem wymagająca osoba i nie wyolbrzymiam, jednakże w hotelu jest szereg niedoskonalen. 1. Personel nie odpowiada nawet dzień dobry, traktują Cie jak wroga. 2. Dodatkowej pościeli i poduszki do dostawki sie nie doczekałem przez cały pobyt. Na żelazko czekałem dwa dni. Mimo przypominania. 3. Pani Menadżer opryskliwa, nie miła, brak słów. 4. Czystość- syf! Po otrzymaniu pokoju w łazience czyjeś włosy, pasta do zębów w zlewie, kolo łóżka okruchy, kurz, piasek, brud totalny. Deszczownica w łazience wisi na włosku, od sąsiada z góry po ścianie leje sie woda. Łóżka napewno z jakimś robactwem całe ciała nas swędzą, pogryzieni przez jakies pluskwy. Sprzatnie w pokoju to porazka, ogranicza sie tylko do zascielenia i wymiany ręczników. Nic poza tym. W pokojach brak chociażby jednej butelki wody. 5. Basen woda tak brudna ze aż mętna. 6. Esant poreikiui personalas visuomet pasiekiamas, paslaugus ir suteikia pagalbą, atsakymus kilusiais klausimais. Čia reikia automobilio, nes su taksi išlaidos gerokai didelės- 2-4 km už 15-25 €, ~6 km 25-30 €. Iš oro uosto už 15 € kelionę lupa 50 €. Trys Apps (Uber ir Bolt čia neveikia) kurie nurodomi veikiantis, juose viename mašinų nesimato, kiti du su vienu ir dviem automobiliais apie 20 km spinduliu, bet nei karto nepriėmė užsakymo. Viešbučio personalas siūlo ir savo sūnaus, tėčio ar giminaičio pavėžimo paslaugą už tajsi ar kiek didesnę kainą, bet laiku. − Pusryčiai ir maistas iš menių šiaip sau. Ok + It was ok and the room only was spacious − The bathroom was small The tissue was so hard (1 ply) The water went off for 2 days and I was on my period. I couldn't take a shower to go to the airport. There were cats in the hotel. + We love clean and quiet hotels...this was a perfect.... lot's of space on sunbeds around swimming pool...pools was big and warm enough 👌we love breakfast and sunsets from our apartment.Thank you for everything....we love come back...♥️ − Maybe little bit longer breakfast...but that's is not isu at all...we just love sleeping longer.

+ The hotel is completely new, and everything is clean, modern, and well-maintained. All rooms overlook the pool, and the view is absolutely beautiful. Most of the staff were fine, but there was one particular woman at the reception desk from whom we received extremely poor service. Throughout most of our stay, she was sitting at reception constantly on her phone, barely looking up at guests, and not even bothering to say good morning or good evening.
