Es war sehr luxuriös! + Zimmer waren toll! − Die Stufen bis zum Strand. Obwohl es stand in der Buchung dass das Hotel in der Nähe war.

Dont book it + Staff is friendly − Our two-week stay was unfortunately very disappointing overall. The way to the beach is long, as there are an incredible number of stairs to go down and, of course, back up again. The walk back up takes quite a long time and is very exhausting. We definitely did not want to do this twice a day, so realistically, you go down to the beach once and only come back up in the evening. For All-Inclusive guests, there is only a 20% discount at the beach bar, meaning that you still have to pay for drinks. We found this very disappointing for an All-Inclusive hotel. The beach towels were another major issue. Very often, the staff could not change our towels because they simply did not have any fresh ones available. We had to ask several times before we finally received clean towels. The hygiene and cleanliness of the hotel were unfortunately extremely poor. During our entire two-week stay, our bathtub was not cleaned even once. The housekeeping was general…

Sejurul a fost unul frumos. + Personal amabil, locație frumoasă, mâncare diversificată și calitativă. Am primit apă îmbuteliată de fiecare dată când am avut nevoie. Prosoapele ne-au fost schimbate zilnic. − Plaja este departe de locație și pe lângă asta, la barul de pe plajă ai discount 20% la băuturi, deci nu sunt incluse în pachetul all inclusive. De îmbunățit cafeaua, este foarte slabă. Noi am plătit în fiecare zi cafeaua pe care ei o aveau separat la expressor.

+ Čiste sobe − U Hotelu 2-3 osobe govore Srpski jezik, sve ostalo Spanski, puno njih ni Engleski ne prica Bazen i oko bazena jako prljav, do plaze ima most i preko 50 stepenika. Hrana je svako vece ista, nije uopste raznovrsna. Zadnje vece nije bilo ni casa za sok, ni tanjira za supu… Plaza jeste privatna i u ceni ali je vise bilo ostalih gostiju a ljudima iz hotela sta ostane, i to vecina dana ako se dodje od 9 na plazu ima samo zadnji redovi

+ Вкусный завтрак и разнообразие, вид с бассейна был красивым − В номерах грязно и они требуют ремонта, убирались каждый день, но все равно было грязно, рум сервис только если вы сделаете заказ на 50 евро, нет карты как добраться до пляжа, информация про расположение, что отель на первой линии не совсем корректная, до пляжа идти минут 5-10, каждый день приходилось требовать чай и сливки, т.к в номерах их не обновляли

Some facilities in the spa were not working. Spa in overall needed to be cleaned often. Some drunk people occupied the outdoor pool and make it difficult for other people to use it. Hotel very nice but lack of attention to detail and cleanliness let it down. + The hotel itself is very nice and has a modern feel to it, spacious and bright. − The cleanliness was poor, room wasn’t cleaned. The tables around the pool were never clean and very often had glasses on them from the day before. Lots of sun loungers and parasols were broken. At all meal times we had to ask restaurant staff for butter, spoons, bowls etc as it was never readily available. It’s the simple things that let the hotel down.

Horrible stay !! + Nothing ! − If I could give this hotel zero stars, I absolutely would. What should have been a pleasant stay quickly turned into a complete nightmare. From the moment we checked in, we encountered one problem after another. First, despite specifically requesting a double bed, we were given a twin room. The hotel was fully booked, so we had no choice but to accept it for the night, which would have been understandable if it had been the only issue. The balcony had a beautiful view, but it was covered in bird droppings, so I had to contact reception and ask someone to clean it. The mirror and desk were also visibly dirty. One cleaner eventually came to take care of it, although he seemed visibly annoyed about having to do so. Even worse, a second employee entered our room without knocking or saying anything. He simply walked in, went onto the balcony, and stayed there on his phone while watching his colleague clean. No apology, no explanation, nothing. Unfortunatel…

Locatie prima, management helaas niet op orde - ondanks aardig personeel + Fijne zwembaden, gratis upgrade naar grotere kamer, dicht bij zee, perfecte zwemplek. − Buffet - weinig keuze, niet lekker, organisatie niet op orde (geen lepels, bakjes bij de yoghurt). Tafels niet snel afgeruimd, waardoor je soms aan half klare tafel plaats moet nemen.

0 value for money + The swimming pool was good. Quality of food products were good. Rooms were spacious. The facilities were good. − The management sucks. The F&B service was horrible, the waiters rude. No water available in rooms and Room service refused to bring water - their reply - come and get it. The food preparation in the restaurants took a long time and were mediocre at best. Reception did not answer phone calls from room. The staff had no motivation and seemed unintersted to resolve guest issues. No foreign exchange or ATM in the hotel. A 2 star at best.
