À éviter + Avis – Prestation non conforme à la réservation Très mauvaise expérience avec cet établissement. J’avais réservé et payé une Suite avec Terrasse, comme indiqué clairement sur ma confirmation de réservation Booking.com. À mon arrivée, l’établissement ne m’a pas fourni la chambre réservée et m’a attribué une suite sans terrasse, alors que j’avais payé un supplément pour cette prestation. Le plus décevant est que l’hôtel étant complet, aucune solution équivalente ni alternative ne m’a été proposée. J’ai immédiatement signalé le problème et effectué une réclamation auprès de Booking.com. Malgré l’annonce d’un délai de 24 heures pour traiter ma demande, je n’ai toujours pas reçu de solution satisfaisante ni de remboursement. 📸 Je joins à cet avis les photos ainsi que les éléments de ma réservation permettant de constater la différence entre la prestation réservée et celle qui m’a réellement été fournie. Je déconseille donc cet établissement tant que celui-ci n’est pas capa…

+ كل شيء جميل .. الاستقبال والتكييف والنظافة والحمام والسرير والبلكونة والموقع والسعر أنصح به .. وهذي ثاني مرة أسكن فيه − الفندق ليس فيه عامل لحمل الحقائب وأظن هذه سياسة الفندق لكن الأخ الكريم موظف الاستقبال ساعدنا في إدخال الحقائب فله كل الشكر
