+ Everything from reception, security to housekeeping. It is very clean, and the apartment is very well equipped. Breakfast is more than enough. AC in every room was fantastic. Both our bathrooms had towels, shower gels, etc, and hairdryers. The location is great, and being in a one-way street made it quiet, yet you are only 5 mins walk to Menara Mall. − Nothing.
