Séjour exceptionnel + Tout est au petit soin. Personnel souriant et à l'écoute. Partout c'est propre et bien odoré. − 0

Hôtel confortable mais trop bruyant + Hôtel propre et confortable. Chambre spacieux, avec balcon vu piscine et mer. La piscine en plein centre de Tanger est un vrai plus, à noter toutefois que les personnes extérieures notamment les familles des employés y ont accès, elle est donc assez fréquentée et bruyante, dommage. Le restaurant est bon, bien qu’un peu cher pour de la cuisine traditionnelle marocaine (bouteille d’eau facturée 50 MAD…). Petit déjeuner très copieux et varié également. − Hôtel très bruyant : musique et surtout, bruits de tables et de chaises qu’on déplace tard le soir et tôt le matin (restaurant ? Salle de pause des employés ?). Or on vient dans un hôtel avant tout pour dormir et se reposer… Nous ne reviendrons pas pour cette raison.

Super + Echt mooi sfeervol Marokkaans hotel. Inderdaad veel filmsterren verbleven hier. Locatie perfect alles op loopafstand. Zwembad heerlijk. Oase van rust in overigens fantastische stad Tanger.

Merveilleux hôtel traditionnel + L'accueil dès le check-in est de très bonne qualité, avec un personnel attentif et attentionné. Nous avons été surclassé, ce qui fut une très belle surprise. La vue de notre chambre avec terrasse était splendide, et les équipements très confort. Nous avons dîné au restaurant de l'hôtel, les plats étaient délicieux accompagnés d'un groupe traditionnel et d'une danseuse orientale Le petit déjeuner était délicieux également. 1ere expérience merveilleuse qui amènera d'autres séjours dans cet hôtel.

Comfortable stay. + Everything. Amazing place. All services included. Comfy beds and sofa. Talented staff who really understands customer’s expectations. Better service even than in French luxury hotels. Breakfast with various food. I had the ability to get a room with a balcony. I felt Tanger’s soul. Amazing place in a nutshell. I would be glad to come back again if they allow me to😇same room with its balcony. − Absolutely nothing. The weather was cloudy for an hour but is it anyone’s fault ? Sunshine 2 hours later as all week.

+ Location was good. Staff at the front desk was friendly. − The food in the restaurant was terrible. I actually spit out one dish and returned it because it was so foul. I suspect it gave me food poisoning not long afterwards. The breakfast had a good amount of dishes, but was mediocre overall. The pool was nice, but far smaller than the pictures portrayed. The whole place was shabby for a supposed 5 star property. It looked like it was once a nice property.
