+ It was spacious. − No one at the reception office. Very unfriendly feeling about the place. If you are shy, don't care or hate travelers you shouldn't be in business. Roach parts in the sink. Broken handle on shower head rod. No TV as listed as amenity. Loud music outside.

+ Très bon emplacement, tout près du quartier Art nouveau. Nous avons pu tout visiter à pied. Parking gratuit en sécurité dans l'arrière-cour. Chambre vaste et salle de bain neuve. Grande fenêtre avec vue sur les arbres. On peut dormir au calme. − Le mobilier est un peu daté, mais reste convenable, ne vous attendez pas à du luxe.

Alojamiento económico algo mejorable pero muy bien situado + Relación calidad precio muy acertado, ubicación excelente y por las noches se descansaba de maravilla, no había nada de ruido ni de la calle ni del mismo establecimiento. − Limpieza es bastante mejorable.

Nice place with a great host to stay, with few minor issues. + Loads of room between two apartments and host were very helpful and friendly. The location from Riga arena was our main focus and that was excellent. − Tv could have been bigger and some of the dishes were dirty before using them.
