Very good for basic hotel, recommend + Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Room is pretty basic but does the job well in terms of comfort, and was extremely good value for money.

+ A small boutique hotel, with a great location. There are only 5 rooms and a roof top terrace and a pool. The rooms and communal areas were immaculate. Staff really friendly and helpful and breakfast great. It was a really fantastic base for us to explore Sri Lanka

Excelente relación calidad precio + Las habitaciones del hotel son espaciosas y bastante grandes. El hotel está super limpio y el personal es super amable. La ubicación también es perfecta ya que está algo escondido y no se escucha ruido de noche. La piscina es mediana pero perfecta para refrescarte.

+ The staff here are amazing, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Food was delicious and such good value for money (be prepared to wait a while as it's all cooked fresh from scratch). Nice swimming pool although could do with a larger seating/lounging area. The free airport pick up is a great touch. Give me somewhere like this rather than a huge anonymous hotel, I felt very comfortable here as a solo traveller. To the Czech family who stayed here on the 04.01.20, your behaviour was disgraceful!

+ This is a family-run business and everyone was genuinely friendly and hospitable. The AC was very welcoming, when there was electricity. I arrived during the Ukraine and Russia conflict; thus the country had a power shutdown for hours everyday in order to conserve energy. Everyday there was a different schedule for power shutdown by the city. This is not the hotel’s fault. Home-cooked meals in their restaurant and free use of their bicycle came in handy. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful + Wonderful stay. We were a group of 6 across 3 rooms, and all 3 rooms were clean and comfortable. The location is a short walk to the main street and beach. The staff were excellent - service was really above and beyond. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced, and the pool was very clean and enjoyable with a few sun loungers to relax on. Recommend!

Ne pas hésiter, la bonne adresse + J'ai choisi cet hotel pour sa proximité avec l'aéroport. Nous y abons donc passe notre dernière nuit. C'est le meilleur hôtel que nous ayons fait. De l'accueil au repas tout a ete parfait. Les chambres sont spacieuses, propres et bien équipées. La piscine est un vrai plus. Merci

Ok pour une nuit avant ou après l'avion, pas plus. + Points positifs : la chambre est propre et dispose d'un des meilleurs matelas de notre séjour de 3 semaines au Sri Lanka. A 3 minute de la rue la plus animée de la ville avec quelques restaurants de qualité et des bars sympas et a 5 minutes de la plage. Points négatifs : A notre arrivée a midi on nous annonce un check-in a 14h, on revient donc a 14h30 et notre chambre n'est pas prête. Le wifi ne marchait pas. Le système de filtration de la piscine est a l'arrêt donc cette dernière est pleine d'insectes morts et de résidus de plantes: baignade a vos risques et périls. Pas d'ascenseur et des escaliers très étroits. L'hôtel, chambres y compris, est fumeur. Certains clients doivent être calmés car ils se comportent comme si ils avaient privatisé le lieu sans que les gérants ne réagissent. La plage de Negombo n'est pas propre, et globalement les locaux y ont été les plus agressifs et insistants vis a vis des touristes sur la totalité de …
