Great location, great staff, but needs work + This was a one of a kind hotel in one of the most beautiful locations, with excellent views. It's like stepping into history. The food was excellent and staff are some of the friendliest and most helpful I've seen. Definitely do the tea plucking experience and go for a guided nature walk with Mutu. He has been working there for decades, knows the entire village, the hiking routes and every single piece of vegetation there is. Absolute must. − The only problem was that the rooms have very very bad sound proofing, so if you're a light sleeper then it's not for you. You can hear every step your upstairs neighbor takes. Service was also exceptionally slow, especially at the restaurant, and even when it was empty. Once j got dinner served an hour late, at 10pm, and another time I just walked out after waiting.

A special thank you to Satheesh and his team for their outstanding hospitality and excellent support throughout our stay. They were always friendly, professional, and willing to help, making our experience truly enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again. المكان جميل للاسترخاء والابتعاد عن صخب المدينة + المكان جميل في الطبيعة وحوالي مزارع الشاي. والغرف نظيفه جداً. مناسب جداً للراحة وبعيد عن ضجيج المدن بين يومين وثلات ايام. − الاكل غير متنوع. وصلت اول يوم كان العشاء سيئ للغايه وبعدها تحسن. البعد عن المدينة حوالي 40 دقيقة حجزنا ثلاث ليالي السعر مرتفع ولا يستحق هذا السعر ابدا . اول يوم وصلنا والعشاء سيئ وكمية قليله وطلبنا من حسابنا من الفندق لحم وكان غالي غالي جدا والطعم سيئ

Delicious food. − Food is priced too high. The use of recreational facilities such as the pool table results in extra costs. Driver's meals require significant improvement.

Beautiful + The building itself, being an old tea factory, was beutifully renovated. The staff welcome with tea was lovely. The grounds and gardens were lovely and the views of the tea plantation were stunning. Breakfast was good and dinner at the restaurant was lovely - but it would have been nice to know about the dress code in advance. − The property is very isolated, up a windy steep road. It definitley allows for a beautiful spot with great views but means that you can't just pop into a nearby village for dinner.

良い経験、良い想い出 + ロケーション、眺望、ホテル設備、部屋など総合的にとてもよかったです。バスタブ付きの角部屋にしましたが、茶畑を一望することもでき、夕日や朝日も見ることができ、とても良い思い出を作ることができました。 − ホテルで紅茶を使ったディナーをいただきましたが、値段と味が合いませんでした。もう少し紅茶を全面に押し出したメニュー、味にした方が良いです。受付の従業員の方の対応がやや不愛想であり機械的で、対応に時間がかかります。また、ハイティー、茶積み、早朝茶畑ウォーキングなど、値段が高いです。OHP場にも値段の詳細を記載しておいてください。

Der Aufenthalt hier ist ein besonderes Erlebnis + Wunderschön gelegen und sehr aufwändig und liebevoll restauriert. Man spürt den alten Charm und wird entsprechend hervorragend umsorgt. Auch die Teaplucking Experience hat uns überraschend gut gefallen. Mit einer Übernachtung kommt man gut hin. − Der Weg zum Hotel ist etwas mühsam aber die Reise lohnt sich, der Aufenthalt ist ein schönes Erlebnis. Das Abendessen würde ich nicht mehr über Booking buchen, vor Ort ein besserer Preis
