A fabulous short stop over whilst travelling around Sri Lanka amazing food and the hotel staff were so attentive Thankyo + Beautiful property set in the hills , beautiful lounge pool and views are stunning . Spa facilities luxurious room and bathroom . The chef is exceptional the food was out of this world would definitely return as just passing through . We had massages which were 10/10 − Nothing to dislike amazing natural sounds at night lots of wildlife

Stunning views & beautifully large rooms. + Secluded place with fabulous views. The main pool really nice but you have you own plunge pool too. Our room was large & the view over to the Knuckles Mountains was stunning. Comfy bed & large bathroom. Very tranquil place. Watch out for the monkeys by your pool! − Only minor point was our terrace & pool in the shade all the time so can’t sunbathe at your own villa - had to go to the main pool. Food was ok, wouldn’t say stunning. We are small plates for our dinner the evening we were there but felt a bit average.

A wonderful welcome to the nature and beauty of Sri Lanka + This small hotel comprises nine villas set in beautifully kept grounds in the hills outside Kandy. Our villa had views of the sunrise over the mountains, and we were surrounded by forest with many birds, butterflies and animals including deer and monkeys (and one tiny lizard). We ate in the restaurant almost every night and enjoyed fresh produce from the gardens. There is a mix of Western and Sri Lankan food, the traditional curry a particular favourite, all excellent. Any special culinary requests at any time were catered for. The villa was peaceful, except for the expected forest sounds, with a small private pool and an outdoor jacuzzi. In the morning the patio was sunny, and in the evening we relaxed in the shade and looked out over the forest. There is a larger, shared pool for swimming, with magnificent views. Tolle Unterkunft, außergewöhnlich gute Lage, toller Gartrn, sehr leckeres Essen, unglaubliche Natur. + Unglaubliche Lage, tolles Essen, tolle Zimmer mit eigenem Pool und Außenbadewanne − Man wird von den Angestellten nicht immer wahrgenommen. Bei einem Aufenthalt am Hotelpool mussten wir nach einer halben Stunde einen Mitarbeiter holen um etwas zu bestellen. Da erwartet man mehr, zumal wir in SriLanka deutlich besseren Service bekommen haben. Auch das ständige laute Klingeln der Mitarbeiter-Telefone hat die Idylle gestört.

Вернулись бы сюда и сняли бы номер на верхнем этаже. − Пару замечаний, которые не особо повляли на общее, впечатление, но, если их решить, было бы еще лучше. 1) проблемы с горячей водой, она быстро заканчивалась, тяжело было набрать ванну. 2) пару раз в номере выключалось электричество.

A special thank you to Dilshan, who made our first girls’ trip so memorable. We had originally planned to stay within the resort, but thanks to his kindness, professionalism, and the sense of safety he provided, we enjoyed exploring Sri Lanka for two wonderful days and experienced the country in an authentic way. The hotel car was comfortable and perfect for long journeys, the room and views were stunning, and every member of staff was warm and attentive. We also appreciated the complimentary dinner, the free spice garden tour on our arrival day, and the exceptional cleanliness throughout the property. Having a phone and iPad to stay connected with our private butler was a lovely touch.
