+ It was a very pleasant stay. The staff are amazing - they go out of their way to help you. We would like to say a special thank you to Dana from reception and Raushan from the spa - they sorted out all our little problems with ease. The hotel room was cleaned very well, and the buffet breakfast was versatile and enjoyable.

Studio apartment in Astana + location was not too far from Khan Shatyr in Astana. my studio unit was very spacious and had a well equipped kitchen. bathroom has bidet. breakfast spread was limited but the croissants were very delicious - buttery and flaky. the Cloud Bar where the breakfast is has a nice view. on the night that i walked back from Khan Shatyr, it was the "Cloud Bar" sign on the top of the building that guided my way back to the hotel. THANK YOU! staff at the reception must smile a bit more (very serious looking!)

Hôtel acceptable + Hôtel situé dans la partie récente de Astana mais excentré Très confortable mais un peu bruyant malgré sa localisation loin des grandes artères Bon petit déjeuner Sans voiture impossible de circuler dans cette grande ville mais facile d’utiliser Yandex go

Family trip + Large and spacious rooms, comfortable mattresses, the room has towels, robes, slippers, toothbrushes, shampoos, shower gel. The sofa folds out into full size bed. Chic buffet breakfasts with a large selection of dishes on the open roof terrace with a panoramic view of the city Quite a large swimming pool with chlorine-free water, hammam and sauna, open from 10:00 to 22:00.
