Stay for the location and the views. The price is right. + Location, location location -this is close to everything. GWANGALLI Beach has to offer. It is a short bus ride or Uber to other beaches, or to CENTUM city spa for a Korean bathhouse experience. There is a traditional market within walking distance and fabulous restaurants. For the great restaurants wander away from the tourist restaurant and eat with the locals do everything is walkable. Staff-the staff here are incredible from the bartender and the wine bar down the hall to the front desk. Staff and their hospitality is suggestions for restaurants to eat at. The bed is so comfortable you will never want to get out of it. The balconies have stunning views. − The walls and doorways need a fresh coat of paint. The walls looked a little dirty in the room. There's a tray table that you can use for working while lounging in bed. The top of the tray table is dirty.

Good experience overall, but the hotel was more of a hassle because elevator wait was too long + The location was great! The view from the room was great but the elevated closed in balcony was strange. I did love the cushions and low table. Very cute. − Elevators were ridiculously slow! From desk staff was not particularly welcoming. They did their job but that was it. I avoided the front desk as much as i could.

+ Nice view − The rooms are extremely small, couldn't even open my luggage. Also walls are all dirty and scratched, you can see the don't invest in maintaining it up to standards for what you're paying. The part under the sink was all rusty and crumbling down. Also had the guests 2 rooms down shooting fireworks from their balcony from 1am for hours, and I had to go 5 times to the front desk to complain before they did something about it.

Emplacement magnifique + L emplacement était parfait , notre chambre donnait sur la baie et le pont, la vue est exceptionnelle. La Chambre etait confortable et le lit XXL . − Il n y avait pratiquement pas de rangement . Un peu compliqué avec une grosse valise

+ The view is pretty spectacular! The building is close to plenty of restaurants and amenities, which was handy. The room was a decent size and air con worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful. − The bed wasn't the most comfortable so could be improved, and the shower is open in the bathroom which meant other stuff in there got wet. It's also a bit of a walk to the nearest metro or bus station so we ended up taking taxis more than pt just to save time.

The facility is not great at all. The bathroom doesn’t have a shower curtain, so water gets everywhere, and the floor is + It’s a great location to see the views at night! − The facility is not great at all. The bathroom doesn’t have a shower curtain, so water gets everywhere, and the floor is completely wet after taking a shower. The walls also look quite worn and need some attention. On top of that, the bed is way too soft and uncomfortable. Overall, the facility could definitely use some improvements.

Bowling alley under hotel - couldn’t sleep. + The staff were nice, as was the view − The hotel is on the 11th and 12th floor of a building shared by tons of other businesses. On the 10th floor is a bowling alley that ensure I couldn’t fall asleep keep until it closed. You don’t hear the people but the constant crash of bowling pins, reverberates through the floor. Also there are just two lifts for all the businesses, so you spend a lot of time waiting for lifts, and a lot of time in them as they stop on every floor.

Desconozco si en el resto de hoteles de Gwangalli son asi
