Great stay along the Mekong River + Good location, easy access to amenities, very near the Royal Palace. Beautiful view of the Mekong River from my room. Staff were accommodating and exceeded my expectations. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Phnom Penh.

I can say that I choose the correct Hotel KVL + I visited Phnom penh, I choose KVL Hotel is correct Place. Room was very NICE & COOl, Front service very friendly, I was stay here for 3 Nights, Breakfast is hot, Our check in smooth by Reception ,helpful, warm Welcomed by Front Manager, I am Surprised that all reception Greeted me by Name,He introduced promote Restaurant Embar Korea at Vattanac Capital. I can say that I and family are not Regret to choose this Hotel.

Great location, people, and place, wonderful time + Great location, great people, very good facilities, perfect roof top, and access to Vertical Fitness; one of the best gyms in town was a huge plus!! Siev ming, Koich, Piseth, Lei, Channy, Sun, were all exceptional, Stay Awesome! − It was great!

+ Modern Clean − The entry and outside environment was poor, cars parked, broken pavement and poor signage for the hotel as it's coffee shop dominated the frontage and entrance is hidden

Très bien situé, très propre, très bonne literie. Climatisation froide et services annexes élevés + Très bien situé. Très propre. Douche et literie très bonnes. Rooftop top. Personnel agréable − Service de laundry cher ( 2,50 dollars le teeshirt plus des taxes), le petit Perrier à 6, 58 dollars. La climatisation trop froide dans la chambre qu’on n’a pas réussi à régler.

Nice place to stay + It’s in a nice spot along the river. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very clean, new spacious rooms. − They have a new policy of not supplying toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothbrush, etc), unless requested. I would imagine most people have their own toothbrush, but through years of travel every hotel at least supplies soap and shampoo. Don’t really like the idea of having to call someone before I wash my hands.
