Place for relaxing and excellent customer service + Ultra excellent staff and customer service. Reception staff - Somaniya, ?Souklin and another guy whose name I can't remember were super nice. Great facilities and location of the houses. Good accessibility. − I wanted to use a computer since I didn't travel with one, I asked if we can have one, but they couldn't let us use any computer. A computer/ business centre would be nice.

Relaxing holiday vibes + The accomodation was so great. A really perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. The spa outside the room was such a treat. I used it as much as possible during our stay. − Because it was low season the restaurant wasn't open so we always had to go out for food.

Exceptional hotel. Outstanding customer service. The pictures on the hotel website are accurate 😉 + Everything! The staff were very helpful and responded to our requests with grace and plenty of smiles. 10/10 for customer service from each of them. If you are seeking something different from the usual hotel chains, this is the place. It's a small paradise with lush, well-maintained gardens. The villas are floating on water, and the pools are fantastic (you have choices… our villa had a large pool and did not need to use the communal one, which is equally stunning). The distance to the town was ideal for us (less than 10 minutes by tuk tuk). We tried walking once, but that was the last due to the hot weather (34 degrees) and resorted to using tuk tuks for the rest of the stay which only cost $2 one way. We did a few excursions whilst there, notably Angkor Wat and the floating village, which are a must. These were facilitated by the hotel at a reasonable price, so we didn't hav…

Cet établissement est super en terme de qualité / prix et parfait comme point de départ pour les temples d’Angkor + J’ai tout aimé, le bungalow super bien décoré , la piscine privative , l’immense piscine , la végétation , le personnel , la cuisine, les deux patrons Marie & Jean-Guillaume . En 3 mots , un établissement fantastique − D’être resté que 5 jours , on aurait du rester plus longtemps

Een prachtige, ruime Coconut Villa met privézwembad en uitzicht over de vijver, gecombineerd met ontzettend vriendelijk + Een fantastische afsluiting van onze 33-daagse reis door Vietnam en Cambodja. We verbleven in de Coconut Villa en vonden dit echt een van de mooiste villa’s van het resort. De villa is zeer ruim, heeft een prachtig privézwembad en kijkt schitterend uit over de vijver. Rondom de villa zijn verschillende fijne plekken in de schaduw waar je op een bank of aan een tafeltje heerlijk kunt zitten en van het uitzicht kunt genieten. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk, behulpzaam en servicegericht. Ze helpen graag met het organiseren van tours, taxi’s, massages en andere zaken. Ook de massages die voor ons werden geregeld waren erg goed en comfortabel. Je merkt dat het personeel er echt alles aan doet om ervoor te zorgen dat je een prettig verblijf hebt. First choice next time we return to Siem Reap + Beautiful resort with extremely friendly staff. They were very understanding of my son's peanut allergy, preparing the meals separately to avoid contamination. Great chef and tasty food. The (Coconut) villa we stayed in was very spacious. We didn't get to use the pool as we've been away most of the time.
