overpriced accommodation for what you get + The beach is beautiful, fine white sand and clear sea. Breakfast was excellent, as well as the food in the restaurant in general. Communication with the property before arrival was easy and they responded quickly to my inquiries. They offer a shuttle service from the pier to the accommodation and back if you buy boat tickets through them. − Although I was told several times via messages that the driver would meet us at the pier as soon as we arrived, that didn't happen. We got there and no one was there, I tried to contact the facility - at first they didn't answer, and then after 15 minutes of waiting they did, but I didn't understand anything from them. The driver called me later and said that he didn't know that we needed to be picked up and that they would be there in 15 minutes. We waited for them for over 30 minutes with all our things, which was not pleasant at all. On the last evening, the waiters in the restaurant give a fruit sal…

Great food &Incredible Staff + The staff are the key here and Vy and his team particularly Sokim and Greet were always cheerful and attentive. Superb food in the restaurant the best around by far. Beach is well kept by the beach sweeper who was a lovely man sorry didn't get his name. The only issue is the crowds that gather mid to late afternoon that take over a lovely quiet and beautiful location in the morning time. − The crowds of kids late afternoon and the amount of rubbish nearby so difficult when it comes in every day do appreciate that and the resort does a massive effort to control the beach front area

Exceptional + Nice, cozy private resort with access to beautiful turquoise water. It’s a little further from the main happening spot but there’s tuktuk available or if you rent a bike it’s convenient to travel to. The resort have a good restaurant. Facilities were clean and overall vibe of the resort is very picturesque.

Good + Definitely the personnel. Thanks a lot particularly to Mr Lucky and the restaurant team. The location is wonderful. The food was good. − Room was not that clean, and this is the type of premises where you can suffer the neighborhood. We got a noisy couple next door with music at 1am for 2 days.

White beach resort + Luxury hotel that is located on the best beach on the island. We booked a room with a sea view and didn't regret it at all! The room is very spacious, clean, and has everything you need. The location is remote from the city, so there is only a hotel restaurant and a cafe nearby, no shops and nothing else. You can rent a bike at the reception. The buffet breakfast is quite tasty. The restaurant at the hotel is not the cheapest, but it is delicious. The hotel is perfect for those who just want to relax and be at the quiet side of island.

Overpriced & not worth it ! + Very overpriced for what you get and wish I stayed elsewhere. +ves - Room was spacious, modern & clean (ish) -ves - Staff were unhelpful, spoke barely any English & were not very attentive at all (despite it being very quiet) - Beach gets taken over by large groups of young people from 13:00 onwards which ruins the peace which I went to the resort for - I got food poisoning from the breakfast which is probably a result of the large number of flies and little attempts to keep food etc covered

They try steel our money even we had pay for food and have documentation + Good location on best beach in Koh Rong − Internet nor,working the 4 day we stay there. Only a little bit in the morning but never in the room

Exceptional + The staff made our stay extra special, especially Vy the restaurant manager & his Team. They are very tentative to detail & ensuring that their guests at the hotel get the best from their holiday stay. Nothing was a problem. Amazing beach, the best beach on the island & especially for sunset. We'd definitely would stay here again at the resort. ❤️ − The beach bungalows could do with a little update.

for its location its good + staffs are really nice, the front beach is great. i love the food in the restaurant − the equipment in the room can be a bit more up useful. for example theres no chair or table in the room, only a stool table its a bit difficult to use. theres no cabinet. bathroom is ok but it could be better

Exceptional + It was very secluded and peaceful! You could hear the waves from our villa. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Sophundy and her team were helpful and attentive.
