Lovely farm stay in the north! + This was by far our favorite stay while in Iceland and it is all thanks to our wonderful host! We were warmly welcomed from the start and were enchanted with the farm, which is located in a beautiful area and features sheep, goats and horses (we were even invited to watch the feeding and meet the animals!). The house itself is cozy, clean and comfortable--we slept extremely well due to the beds and tranquility that surrounds the farm. Our room was really spacious and had a lovely view. Breakfast was absolutely fabulous and beyond ample, full of options, many of which were homemade from local products. Use of the kitchen was included and it is fully equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed conversations with the host and wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommended! − Nothing!

This was our favourite place to stay. Highly recommended! + Lovely countryside farm. Charming guesthouse with a hostess that treated us royally. A warm welcome, a tour of the farm to meet the animals, a chat to answer all our questions about Iceland, the best breakfast buffet! , free laundry service, a willingness to accommodate special requests and a charming dog! Sheep and goats and horses and chickens to amuse us. We couldn't possibly have asked for more. Highly recommend this guesthouse. There is also a great community pool and hot tub a few miles away too. − Having to leave!

An incredibly warm, family-like stay featuring amazing hosts, a great breakfast, and Blamy. + Great hosts, place, & Blamy! Host opened the door up on my arrival at very late hour. Truly appreciate every moment there. One of the best breakfasts I have ever had at a hotel. A place where you can feel warmth of home as if visiting our parents or grandparents. The included laundry service also came in very handy. Guests are encouraged to spend time with Balmy, one of the loveliest dog. − Only minor catch is that rooms are on the second floor, but as long as I can carry my luggage, it should not matter.

+ We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. One of the highlights was the incredible view overlooking the valley. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and easily the best part of our stay. The homemade bread and jelly were delicious, and there was a huge selection of other breakfast options as well.

TOP :-) + Außergewöhnlich nette Personen, die das Bed and Breakfast anbieten. Sehr familiär, man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker, es gibt auch Spiegeleier von den eigenen Hühnern :-) Auf Nachfrage haben wir sogar eine Hofführung bekommen. Danke liebe Abba für Alles! :-) GLG Magdalena und Andreas

+ Abba was a gracious & kind hostess who went above & beyond to help us. Our room was large, spotlessly clean with a comfortable bed and many outlets. The bath had everything we needed with toiletries provided. The farm is a lovely, restful place. Laundry service was truly appreciated & nicely done.

Une excellente étape lors de notre road trip en Islande. + Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le cadre bucolique de la ferme située à proximité de sites attrayants : Myvatn, Husavik, Godafoss, Forest Lagoon. Les propriétaires sont charmants et la possibilité d’acheter un panier de pique-nique bien garni pour la journée est très commode. Petit déjeuner très bon et copieux.

Une belle étape pour se reposer à la campagne et profiter des sites du lac Myvatn + Chambre très spacieuse, excellent petit déjeuner, très beau cadre. Les propriétaires sont adorables. 너무나도 아름답고 완벽한 숙소를 만났습니다. + 정말 완벽한 숙소에서 행복한 2일을 보냈습니다. 아이슬란드 링로드 투어 12박 13일 일정중 가장 좋은 숙소였습니다. 아니 더 정확히는 제가 경험한 숙소들중 최고였습니다. 한국인 분들에게 이 숙소를 정말 강력히 추천합니다. 가장 먼저 방, 주방, 식기 모든 것이 너무나도 깨끗했습니다. 호스트는 너무너무 친절했고, 조용히 많은 도움을 주었습니다. 너무나도 사랑스러운 강아지 블라미가 맞이해 줍니다. 저희 가족은 이 블라미와 산책도 하고, 공놀이도 했습니다. 우리 아이들은 정말 행복한 시간을 보냈습니다. 조식은 정말 퍼펙트 했습니다. 쿠키가 준비되어있었고, 언제든 커피를 마실수 있었습니다. 심지어 무료 세탁서비스를 해주었습니다. 주인분께서는 세탁 뿐만 아니라 깔끔하게 다 개어서, 방에 넣어주셨습니다. 방을 비운사이. 방청소도 깨끗히 해주셨습니다... 모든 부분이 만족스러웠습니다.. 기회가 된다면 .... 이 숙소에 다시 묵을 영광을 갖고 싶습니다. 이 집의 만족도를 글로 다 표현할 수 없음이 아쉬울 뿐입니다. 감사드립니다. − 전혀없습니다.

+ This was by far our best stay in Iceland. The owner is extremly nice and very helpful with information about the erea. She makes an amazing breakfest and the farm is charming and peacecul. The room was super clean and she even helped us with our laundry. I can't think of enough superlatives for this place.

Echt een superleuk verblijf en van hieruit mooie trips gemaakt. + Wat een geweldige ervaring hadden we hier voor twee dagen/nachten. Fijne kamer en een super ontbijt klaargezet door de zeer vriendelijke eigenaars van deze in werking zijnde boerderij met 7 paarden, honderd schapen, 2 geiten, kippen en een hond. Zo leuk allemaal!

Tolles B&B im Norden Islands mit perfekter Gastgeberin! + Abba ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin: Das Frühstück ist sehr reichlich und vielfältig mit Waffeln, Omelett und Spiegeleiern, selbstgebackenem Brot, Kuchen, Skyr, Käse, Marmelade, Obst, Saft und vielem mehr .... Kaffee, Tee und Kräutertee sind nicht nur zum Frühstück, sondern auch zu anderen Zeiten verfügbar. Die Küche darf mit benutzt werden (inkl. Gäste-Kühlschrank), so dass man nicht ständig in teure Lokale muss. Auch Lunchpakete für einen fairen Preis sind möglich. Für Menschen mit mehreren Übernachtungen bietet Abba einen kostenlosen Wäscheservice an. Wir konnten auf Anfrage auch Lammfleisch von ihren eigenen Tieren beziehen. Die Lage ist ruhig und gleichzeitig gut gelegen, um die vielfältige Region zwischen Akurery, Husavik , Myvatn und Dettifoss zu erkunden, daher lohnen sich auch mehrere Übernachtungen.
