+ Keine Erfahrung − Wir hatten ein Zimmer zum Innenhof und nachts wurden dort Flaschen aus dem zugehörigen Restaurant lautstark entsorgt! Darüberhinaus hatte die Rezeption mit keinem Wort erwähnt, dass heute ein Marathon stattgefunden hat und wir erhebliche Schwierigkeiten hatten, aus der Stadt zu kommen!

Crap!! + Centrally located − We paid for a premium suite. Yet that didn’t have a window. So for £500/night we were in prison. Dark brown furnishings and no light. Add to that road closures and no way out. The desk booked us a taxi, from some walk away. It did not arrive. No phone response from either the hotel or the taxi company. We were cut adrift. We won’t hurry back!!

Ok. Very pricey for its service. + Location − Very tight spaces. No windows. Stepped floor to rooms making it hard for luggage. Poor restaurant.

enttäuschend + die Lage war gut, der Preis entschieden zu hoch − Der kleine Schrank des Zimmers (Junior Suite) war durch ein Bügelbrett komplett ausgefüllt. Kein Platz für die eigenen Sachen. Das Bett wurde drei Tage lang nicht bezogen, obwohl von Anfang an ein Fleck im Laken war, der vor unserem Aufenthalt schon drin war...
