Good + Food was good and staff were good too and helpful − The cleaniness of bathroom in the room was very average. it wasnt very clean and could smell sewage in toilet and shower room

Peut mieux faire + Le parc − L'odeur dans le parc quand c'est l'heure d'arroser les pelouses et les points d'eau. Les travaux qui durent jusqu'à plus de 23h Le réglage de la climatisation qui ne fonctionnait aléatoirement L'eau chaude de la douche qui avait un débit très très très faible. Ce n'est pas un 5 étoiles, cela correspond plus à un club de vacances. Le Leela palace, le Radison sont des 5 étoiles par exemple. Aucune comparaison possible. Nous avons fait 4 hôtels 5 étoiles en Inde sur 15 jours et celui-ci ne correspond pas aux critères que l'on peut attendre de ce type d'établissement.

+ La plage, piscine, chambre. Personnel très serviable. Hôtel parfait pour se reposer en famille. − Prix excessifs pratiqués par les restaurants de l'hôtel. Taxes supplémentaires à payer au check-out non négligeables.

+ Outside beach − Internet was not working properly in TV and no proper response to staff and also intercom phone not attend the phone calls regularly it’s very disappointed overall stay for 2nd time.
