Try to improve breakfast quality and please keep new towels + Good location − Towels are really old and stink . And breakfast food was not fresh .

Great hotel. Great location. Will stay again if they improve a few things + Everything was perfect. Staff. Cleanliness. Food. Facilities all perfect. Receptionist Suraj was excellent. − Towels looked old and a bit dirty. The hotel needs new good quality towels. Restaurant area was a bit not maintained and organised properly. Tables were not perfectly maintained

Overall it was a good stay. + Proximity to the city, nice room views of Gurgaon skyline − Staff giving hourly staying customers more priority than general bookings. Ground staff asking for tip was also not so good. We would’ve given tip to them for carrying our luggage anyway but asking makes it look bad for a brand like Radisson
