Horrible place to stay - loud music late past middnight + As the hotel is in an industrial area there are no time limits on noise and so the booming music keeps going until 2-3 in the morning. The manager said the music would stop at 12 but every night it goes on late into the morning. Loud booming music and impossible to sleep

Poor − The staff and hotel website were misleading (not honest) most of the food shops and resteraunts have closed down and they told us at check in (not at booking) that there would be a wedding there and we would hear noise in the room till midnight Later on in the evening they admitted that it would be tremendous noise

Disappointing + The room was not clean. The carpet was full of hair and dust and crumbs. And our refrigerator did not work - we put all our food in the fridge for a picnic the next day, and in the morning, we realized all the food was warm and spoiled because the refrigerator wasn't cooling. − Cleanliness was way below standard for a hotel priced this high.

Except for the difficulty finding entrances to the hotel, the room was quite good. + The room was clean and comfortable. − The entrance to the hotel was extremely difficult to find. They turn off the air conditioning during the night. There was no bottled water in the room that most hotels in Israel provide.

Lots of potential, but also needs lots of work! + I booked this hotel for an extended stay for my mom, who was visiting me in nearby Maale Adumim, so the location was good. − We had issues not being able to get into the hotel (I don't think anyone was at the front desk one night to let us in) and logistics with the handicapped room, which was difficult for someone with mobility problems to use.

It was a magical family trip I wish to repeat ASAP! + The front desk staff was just so amazing... So yeah, my kids have been through so much, and I never get to do really special things with them. I saved for a year to do a special trip: Magic Kass, DCity and DHotel. Everything was just amazing! My goal is to save money faster and harder to replicate this trip frequently!! − No complaints!!

Poor + Come for a friends wedding and plan to stay at the nearby hotel. Waited 25 minutes for someone to come to the reception for check in. Credit cards machine didn’t work - forced to pay cash. Key card machine didn’t t work - had to get physical key No drinking water in the room. Extremely loud noises from the wedding events around. Zero noise isolation. Breakfast start only after 9:00 so if you early checkout - no food for you. They promise you view to the desert - just forget to mention the wearhouse under the room. Horrible experience

very disappointed + The room was clean and we got the room on time. − The hotel is ok, but we ordered with breakfast, and we didn't get any. There was no one to talk to. I sent a message to the hotel and didn't get any response (it was a month ago and still no response)
