aurait pu être parfait avec un peu d'indulgence − le comportement du personnel envers les enfants qui étaient dans leur chambre mais faisait un peu de bruit du fait quil pleuvait a torrent pendant 2 heures. et donc aucun endroit pour se pose, lobby, salle ou autre. le personnel a tous simplement renvoyé les enfants jusqu'au soir et sont donc parti sous la pluie. soit l'établissement n'est pas adapte aux familles, enfants et situations extrême, soit le personnel n'est pas adaptes aux situations qui sortent de l'ordinaire. quoi quil en soit les enfants nont pas vandalise l'endroit.

לא מומלץ לשהות של משפחות, כן מומלץ אם מטיילים לבד או בזוג ורוצים מקום נקי להניח בו את הראש ללילה. + היחס של הצוות היה אדיב, קיבלו אותנו בסבר פנים יפות. כשהסברנו שיש בעיה עם שיבוץ החדרים כפי שבוצע ע"י צוות המלון, הרגשתי שעשו ככל יכולתם כדי לתקן את המצב ולעזור לנו ליהנות מהחופשה. − אין תיאום בין המלון לבין הבקשות שלנו ב-booking, הצוות של המלון טען שהוא לא ראה את הבקשה שלנו לחדרים צמודים ולכן קיבלנו בהתחלה 2 חדרים שנמצאים בקומות שונות, על אף שאנחנו עם ילדים קטנים. בנוסף, התשתיות של המלון אמנם נקיות אך זקוקות לשיפוץ - הכל נראה מאוד ישן, קילופי צבע בקירות, לא נעים כל כך. גם החדרים שקיבלנו, שנמצאים בקומה התחתונה של המלון, לא מאפשרים להיות עם חלונות פתוחים שכן החלונות פונים ישירות אל חצר בה יושבים אורחים ומסתובבים אנשים.

Fabulous stay in Baka, great value! + Staff were all excellent, friendly, helpful. Excellent communication before arrival. Free parking available. Beautiful historic building with character. Fabulous location. Full breakfast included. Comfortable bed and room. − There was nothing I did not like, but it might be difficult for someone who can’t manage stairs.

מתאים לשהייה למטילים ,מיקום מצויין ונעים. + מיקום טוב י יחס נעים − הזמנו חדר לשלוש בןגרים וכשהגענו היו רק שתי מיטות כשהכניסו מיטה נוספת , מתקפלת קטנה ולא נוחה והחדר לא תאם לשלושה בוגרים

We have stayed here before, and will likely stay here again. It is a homey location and a good value + Breakfast was good, though slightly less sumptuous than our last stay The location is fantastic, just off of Derech Hevron, across from the Promenade. Once construction is finished ( :-O ) it will be better navigable again. An easy walk to transportation, center city, First Station, Hadera mall, and other locations. Sephardic shul across the street, Ashkenazi shul a few blocks away. − Halls could have be better and more often cleaned.
