מיקום מעולה. ספא הוזמן אך לא הגיע הצוות ולכן לא קיבלתי טיפול. הצוות לא טורח לספר מה יש (אם יש) ב המק + איטס טעים. בלתי סביר ובלתי נסבל להמתין כחצי שעה (!!!) בכל בוקר לארוחת בוקר פשוטה וסטנדרטית − מים נשפכו החוצה מהמקלחת. הצטערנו שלא היה מגב כמו בצימרים (מה שכמובן לא אמור להיות במלון יוקרתי, אבל זה היה עוזר שלא נדשדש במים באמבטיה…) לא נכנס איש מצוות הניקיון ביומיים וחצי ששהיתי בחדר. פגשתי את אחד מהצוות וביקשתי מגבת רגליים חדשה נוספת וסבון. סופיה קיבלה את פני והייתה מאירת פנים ומקסימה. שאר החברה לא טרחו לשאול בכלל ״מה נשמע״…

− ציפינו לקצת יותר התאכזבנו מהסידור של ארוחת הבוקר הפנו אותנו לבית קפה סמוך עמוס באנשים ונאלצנו לוותר ואין במלון יותר מידי מה לעשות גם הרופטופ מאכזב החדרים סבבה מעבר לזה לא נחזור למלון הזה
