Lovely hotel which met our comfort and wheelchair accessible requirements. + I requested a wheelchair accessible bedroom and it met all my requirements. − The breakfast was delicious however the pastries and other food at the buffet table were low or already gone. However, when I asked about if I could have some pastries a very helpful staff member explained that there were none left and offered me warm scones instead.

A great place to celebrate completing the first half of our Wild Atlantic Way road trip ( N to S) + The 12 theme was distinctive and played out in the room numbering and other details. Loved the big mirrors on the corridors too! − Could have done with a bit more seating in the public areas but it was a busy Saturday night with a good vibe!

Da evitare + ... − Ridicolo con colazione inclusa chiedere extra per caffe espresso anziché americano o te. Manca presa usb in camera. Camera sulla strada al piano primo. Bagno piccolo e senza finestram moquette a terra.

Geen sterren waard. Vreselijk stinkende en donkere gangen en kamers. + Niks Of toch: lekker ontbijt, bediend door een vriendelijke gast. − Vreselijk hotel binnen: stinkende, donkere gangen. Lelijke kamer: helemaal niet conform de foto’s op Booking. Ouderwets badkamer. Zeker geen sterren waard.

Had a really great time and already looking forward to a return visit + V comfortable, warm and inviting. Decorated in such a way that gave a sense of Ireland and Connemara . Great service in the restaurant and food was delicious − Nothing , even the underground carpark had gorgeous murals on the walls . Only disappointment was that the spa was closed.

+ Size of the room was very good Breakfast was fabulous Staff were very nice − Reception area was very poor and not very inviting. Service in the resturaunt was very slow. I had lunch but just not enough staff on extremly slow service. Breakfast was a little better service.
